Our fully remodeled home offers the perfect balance of comfort, space, and style for your next family vacation. With 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs, a cozy den, and a private bedroom on the main floor, there’s plenty of room for everyone. Enjoy the convenience of 3 full bathrooms—a private master ensuite, a shared bath upstairs, and a full bath on the main floor.

THE COMMUNITY - SPINNLER POINT
Enjoy full access to Lake Wallenpaupack through the private Spinnler Point community. You'll find:
4 private lakefront areas with picnic lawns, docks, and swimming spots
2 boat launches and a nearby marina for rentals
A boat slip just a 10-minute walk (0.3 miles / 1500 ft) from the home

Boat Restrictions:
Max size: 23 ft (pontoons/sailboats up to 26 ft)
Registration info for both boat and trailer is required before arrival
Rented boats must comply with size limits

GUEST ACCESS
Contactless check-in via lockbox
Full access to the house (except a portion of the basement)
You'll receive a Digital Welcome Guide upon submission of required forms

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
75% of your group must be 30+ years old (children with parents excluded)
Remaining guests must be 25+
A short-term rental agreement is required after booking (per community rules)
This home is family-focused and not suitable for parties.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
This home is managed by a local real estate agent to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service. A Rental Agreement and Reservation Form must be signed and submitted within 48 hours of booking.

Day Guests (max 7) allowed with prior registration
Day Guests may not bring watercraft unless slip is unoccupied and pre-approved

Rocky shoreline; water levels vary by season
Spring: Docks installed late April – no guarantee before Memorial Day
Summer: Lake may rise above docks (accessibility can vary)
Fall: Water levels drop; some docks removed
Winter: Lake freezes — great for ice fishing (access at your own risk)

HOUSE RULES
No smoking indoors (dispose of cigarette waste properly)
No fireworks or firearms (including BB, pellet, air, paint guns)
Quiet hours: 11 PM – 8 AM
No parties – this is a family neighborhood
