Welcome to your relaxing home away from home, right on the Geneva-On-The-Lake Strip! Enjoy everything about your stay in these 2 newly-renovated side by side deluxe cottages that boasts 4 total bedrooms that sleeps 10 comfortably. Here you will find all the amenities of home, located right in the middle of the action. Lively bars, delicious restaurants, and delightful wineries are steps away! If you prefer to relax at home some evenings, you won't be missing out with this incredibly cute yard! Featuring private patios and decks to enjoy the summer sun, picnic tables and a cozy fire pit to relax with your family and friends. These rentals are complete with self check in, WiFi, Roku enabled television (use your own passwords for streaming services), A/C, brand new memory foam mattresses, 2 living rooms, 2 full baths and 2 kitchens. Shower and bathroom toiletries, linens and towels will be supplied. Perfect for family vacations, a friends' weekend getaway, and bachelorette parties! If you want to venture further out from The Strip, the wineries and the beautiful state park, marina and beach are all within a few minutes drive. Looking forward to having you!

A Third “Studio” Cottage is also available on the property to book if your group needs more space or has more people coming. Ask for details if interested in booking the 3rd studio suite.

These cottages are perfect for a weekend getaway. Each cottage is perfect for 2 couples and the beds are comfy. There’s even a couch that pulls in to a bed if you had a 5th person. They are in walking distance to the strip and provide a nice little kitchen area to store leftovers and a microwave to heat them up. It also has a great outdoor area with a picnic table, and a nice size fire pit with plenty of seating. We had a great time and will definitely reserve them again!!

Excellent location

These cottages are in a great location at the beginning of the strip! They were very clean and the owners are so responsive and accommodating! I highly recommend this property, but hope it's available when we plan to return! Thank you!!

Perfect for Family Trips

My family and I have rented several places around the area throughout the years and these cottages were our favorite! With 2 small kids we needed something close to the strip but somewhere quiet. This was the perfect location! We had everything we needed and felt like this was “home” for the weekend. Will definitely be back next season

Nine family members rented these cabin to celebrate my nephews 21st birthday! We had a wonderful time and these cabins were exactly what we needed. The check is in process was easy , the cabins were in a good location and they were clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy Cottages

Cute, clean, well-maintained cottages. We stayed in 2 cottages next to each other and it was perfect for the 9 of us! Provided everything you may need for the weekend. Walking distance to the strip and easy communication with Niko.

Adorably decorated and we'll stocked amenities

Family owned and run by a great group who knows what it means to provide great customer service. The cabins were newly remodeled and adorably decorated. Niko showed up with a bottle of wine and answered any of my questions immediately. We spent many nights at the fire pit enjoying the breeze from the lake. Stocked hair products, dish soaps and even a fridge filled with cold water!! Lots of fun had by all. Walking distance to food and arcades. We did rent a few golf carts which added to the experience, not necessary but super fun.
