Gorgeous Beach View - 2nd Street back - 4/3 2 Story

We are excited to share our new beach house with you. This two story beach house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main level features a spacious kitchen that has everything you will need for your stay including a large pantry to store all your items. The dining area has a 8' table with 8 chairs perfect for dining with friends and family. The living room has a large sectional sofa with a 75" HD Vizio Smart Cast TV. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs. One room has a king size bed and 55" smart TV. The second bedroom has a King size bed and private bathroom with a spacious shower. The upstairs has two bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It has a spacious bunk room that will sleep 8 people. It has two twin/queen bunk beds and one queen bed. The second room has a king size bed and an entry to the top level deck. This rooms comes with a coffee station to enjoy your morning coffee on the private deck. Crystal Beach allows you to drive on the beach, make camp fires, or just enjoy the sun. There are golf cart and kayak rentals close by.

This beach house is absolutely beautiful! Everything is very modern and in perfect walking distance to the beach. Kandi was very helpful with questions we had on ceiling fan and quickly sent someone to help us out. Sitting on the porch was very nice but when it rained it was difficult to stay dry on the porch. The bedrooms were very spacious but some of the beds were a bit soft. These were minor things for my family visit and would definitely come back to stay.

It was a wonderful trip, location was awesome so close to walk to beach. Home very comfortable. Grandkids loved the bunk room, all five had their own bed. Will definitely come back.

Family and friends like family

This home is great. Everything is exactly as stated in the description. Two things to note - no flat griddle for making pancakes and the drip coffee maker is a mini coffee pot. Well furnished, extremely close to the beach large deck was great for all to gather. The upstairs (top floor) deck was the perfect place for your morning coffee We would rent this home again.

Beautiful Property

Only complaint floors were not very clean upstairs and all bunk room bedding was sandy upon check in.... probably due to renters before us checked out past time. Kandi was amazing to rent from, responding quickly to all questions. House looks small from outside but HUGE inside! Love the kitcken organization/tags for easier identification of pots and pans! If we do another multi family trip we will definitely stay here again!

Loved it!

This house was perfect for our stay! We come to Crystal Beach every year with our family and this house so far has been our favorite. The setup was perfect and very close to the beach. We were able to put the kids upstairs and adults downstairs. Kitchen was nice and open so there was plenty of space for all of us. House was very clean and Kandi was awesome to work with! We will be booking again.

Beautiful house, amazing owner!

The house was beautiful! Clean, roomy, and well stocked with everything we needed for a large family. Perfect location too! The owner was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond when the upstairs AC had issues. It was the middle of the night and she still made herself available to try to troubleshoot the issue. When nothing worked, she came herself to try one more thing but to no avail. But she had someone out that afternoon and it was fixed within minutes! The fact that the house had an AC for upstairs and downstairs meant we still had a cool place to sleep in the Texas heat!! Will absolutely stay again next summer and would not hesitate to stay at any of the owner’s properties!!

Girls Getaway

Perfect place for our girls getaway. The beds were comfortable the place was spacious, plenty of bathrooms and bonus that it is a short walk to the beach. We had a slight problem with the A/C but the owners were quick on communication and we were never uncomfortable. Definitely a favorite and we plan to return next year!

The property was clean and beautiful. This was our first time to visit Crystal Beach and we really enjoyed it. The location to the beach was perfect. I have told many of our friends about the place so hopefully it will lead to future rentals. I would recommend this place to everyone. Can not say enough great things about it.
