Cool off in the pool area, complete with splash pads, cabanas, and water slides anchored by the expansive heated zero-entry pool. Experience the new state of the art surf/wakeboard simulator, the Flow-Rider(Extra $).

Family Stay

Nice getaway home

We love the property. They have a nice on site little water park for the kids and pool area where you can sit and chill with your family. Also the private pools was excellent. Also to sitting out on the patio with family, eating breakfast or just chilling watching the kids love the security on site great feeling knowing that everything’s OK when you leave and come back from your day out will return with family again they love the place they didn’t want to come back home

There were no extra garbage bags, toilet paper or any paper towels or dish soap. Those are essentials for a rental property that LLS provide for visiting short term rentals.

Nice location. Walls need a coat of paint and carpet needs cleaning. Kitchen sink takes a long time for the hot water to turn on. Attention needed for the pool area and front entrance. Overall we would stay again.

I slept in the bed on the first floor, the sheets were dirty and full of hair and there was a blood stain on the pillow and the barbecue was dirty, I used it and cleaned it a little, the rest I really liked!! !!

Family Cheer Trip

House was dirty . Walls, carpet, bed frames. We cleaned for 2 hours before moving in house needs some serious attention with cleaning and upgrade. Filthy baseboards, floors, carpet dirty worn. Complete disappointment

Great stay!

We enjoyed a seamless rental - everything went very smoothly from reservation to check-out. The house is extremely nice, with more than enough space for our extended family of little ones, parents, aunt, uncle, and grandparents from both sides. The resort is very nice and the location makes it easy to access activities and all needs. Suggestions would be to renew the pillows and to ask cleaners to do a more thorough job as dust (carpeting, mopboards) was a bit of an issue as well as a few minor repairs to small damages/wear observed that understandably build up over time with many rentals. Owners have equipped the house well and we did not lack for anything (apart from face cloths and a dish cloth). We truly appreciated our time there.

Nice property

The property was in the perfect location. Right next to the resort and very close to Walt Disney world. It looked just as it did in the pictures. A couple things worth noting- we bought a couple cheap towels to use as bathroom mats because there weren’t any and not enough towels or washcloths for 11 people. The floors are very slippery when wet. And I could never get hot water in the kitchen sink. Seemed to be fine in all the other sinks. Overall it’s was just fine and we would stay here again especially for the price.

Birthday Trip

My Family and I can go Orlando for my Son’s Birthday. This property was easy to find, and in a great Location, next to Gas stations, Walmarts, restaurants, and etc. My only Complaint is that we paid for heating of the pool and it wasn’t heated, and when I tried to reach out to someone I got a after hour worker who could not assist, also the remote to the aloft TV did not work. The property was clean, and came with stater items (Tissue, trash bags, dish washing pods) everyone knows while renting these properties you are responsible for anything extra needed. I will rent this property again. Thanks for a Great weekend, my Son and Family was pleased.

Location location

Very pleased with our stay. Location was perfect to all we wanted to do. We reported the first floor shower door is off and don’t close. Pool light went out also. A little misunderstanding about grill but worked out. We striped beds. Towels were in washer. Will recommend to others. Great location to all places. Check in -check out was absolutely great. A very stress free relaxing stay. A really good experience! Thank you! One suggestion a few more towels for each bathroom would be great! The coffee pot was left with filter and grinds. Disgusting easy oversight. Will be back!

Spacious place

The house was well laid out and spacious. The community amenities are fabulous.. very friendly kind staff. The house could definitely benefit by the following: New paint.. there were many marks on walls Baseboards need cleaning Bathrooms need floor mats and a lot more towels Needs new clean carpet Better linens.. sheets kept coming off Overall the place did not feel clean Overhead fans needed in rooms There were no extras such as paper towels, toilet paper
 Not very welcoming aesthetically. Needs mattress protectors New pots and pans. Refrigerator leaked water. The place is in a fabulous location.

Home was nice

The home itself was nice, the cleaning company is most likely understaffed/overwhelmed. I could tell that cleaning was done, but there were things that looked like they hadn't been done properly. When we arrived, the towels looked like they had been washed, but not fully dried before they were hung on the towel racks. After washing a small load of towels, we all understood why as it took over 2 hours to dry a small load of towels. The carpet had been cleaned, but again, whoever shampooed it did not thoroughly rinse the soap out (I've had experience with this before), so the carpet held on to every piece of dirt after that which gives it a "matted" look. The other problems were minor, the George Forman grill looked like someone had cleaned it with a brillo pad (removing the teflon coating) and several other things had been damaged by careless guests/renters. The pluses outweighed every negative though. The pool, while small, was perfect for a morning dip with the little ones, and for an evening dip for myself to unwind and look at the stars. The half bath that connected to the pool was perfect, as was the basket that held the towels for the pool near the sliding glass doors. The plastic kids plates, cups and spoons/forks was also a huge plus. The layout of the townhome was very nice too, very open and spacious.

Good location

The condo itself has a great layout and good amount of beds. I rarely leave less than awesome reviews but I must say that there is not one decorative item/piece of furniture/light fixture that was not damaged. You can definitely tell that people ride this place hard. The place needs a good scrub. The carpets were matted and walls were pretty hideous. We found multiple items from previous guests (food scraps, personal clothing, etc) in all areas of the home and had to vacuum and Clorox wipes most things in order to feel comfortable staying there. The mattresses were clean however. There was trash outside the front door from previous renters for multiple days. It started to stink in the Florida sun. The price was right so I guess I can overlook most of bad stuff and say- stay here if you aren’t a clean freak but bring some cleaning supplies! The resort pool and amenities were great and were used frequently!
