The rooms were clean. The host was responsive and helpful. We never used the pool, it was too cold. That was alright. We used the club house. The location was convenient to amusement parks. It was kind of family friendly except a few houses down the road. The only inconveniences caused when coming back from activities outside the neighborhood. It took a long time just getting in all the time. Sometimes only one lane open, meaning we had to get in together with the 1st time visitors. The last night was horrible, we waited for 45 minutes just to get in to the community with a pass. My advice they need to have more assist at the gate. Other than the stay was lovely.

It very nice i did appreciate that miss Katie respond. The only problem that I have was with the security guard at the gate my family was stuck outside lastnight for a very long time because the pass was not up dated .

Awesome Stay

Me and my family had an amazing time. I would recommend a few extra pool towels but the house was clean and the rooms had extra blankets and fans. Our family had a wonderful time and our host answered all questions immediately!!

We had the best time on our family long weekend getaway! The property was everything that was promised. The kid's enjoyed the private pool and the Club house pool was a fun time as well. The condo was perfect for our family of 11 and we would definitely book again.

Great Getaway

The Villa was clean, spacious, was in a gated community and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Our host Katie was exceptional and answered any questions and/or concerns promptly and was very friendly and helpful. There are 2 Clubhouses on this gated community, which was an added plus. Our family enjoyed all the amenities and especially the Lazy River. The location is perfect and very close to all the Florida attractions. I highly recommend this beautiful Villa and hope to have the opportunity to rent it again. Thank you, Katie and Craig, for this wonderful opportunity.

This Property Needs TLC

Six of us recently stayed at this property for four nights. PROS:-The community amenities were nice. We played pickleball on the community tennis courts and we enjoyed the community pool and hot tub. -The main living space in the actual townhome was spacious, as were all of the bedrooms.-The owner was communicative and responsive. CONS:-This place was decrepit and dirty. The whole unit had a strange smell, somewhat like kitty litter. I presume it was the mildew in the caulk in the bathrooms. -The entire place needs a serious deep cleaning. The stove and oven were filthy. The light fixtures were very dusty. The kitchen sink hasn't been really scrubbed in a while. -Some things were broken. The master shower drain had to be manually propped open with a bar of soap. A bathroom towel bar just fell of the wall. Some of the patio furniture was broken. -It also needs some updating. The mattresses were old and lumpy. The upholstery on the couch is literally deteriorating. The carpet is worn. The pots and pans are cheap and flaking, which made me nervous to cook with them. -The "pool" is just a splash pad. It's very small, as is the back patio.

The property was great and the host was very responsive. The issue was there were no wash cloths available. Also, the property location description was not accurate. It said close to Disney, but was really 30-40 minutes away, especially with traffic

Great location nice place

House was great, we are a large family. It’s in a great location. The pool is a lot smaller than expected from the photos and water level low but over all easy to communicate with host.
