We are in a quiet neighborhood, on a quaint island road - the spectacular oceanfront views await you. You will realize how special Harpswell is the second you drive over the bridge on to Sebascodegan Island. There’s something magical being right on the water.

You will get to experience amazing sunrises! But you are conveniently close to everything! We have one of the darkest skies you will ever see for enjoying stargazing. It’s hard to believe that you are less than 10 mins to Brunswick’s Cook’s Corner shopping and restaurant area.
As you enter our cottage you are lead into the bright, open and fully stocked kitchen, with a bar style eating area. Straight through the kitchen, you are greeted by the cozy living room that leads to a very large outside deck. The charming cottage also offers 2 bedrooms on the main floor, one with a queen size bed and the other with 2 twins. A large loft is on the second floor, with 2 queen beds and a twin daybed. The home will comfortably sleep 6 (adults) - One full bathroom is also featured on the main floor.

You will have numerous options outside including a patio, gazebo and deck presenting elevated, unhindered ocean views. The front patio is where you will find the gas grill along with the lobster cooker. There is also a nice size side yard for your enjoyment. Enjoy the sunrises and gorgeous sunsets while sipping your morning coffee and evening cocktails, while listening to the sounds of the ocean.
Having your own private deep water dock, float, and mooring is a huge added bonus! Bring your own boat, or use our kayaks and explore the wonderful coves in the area. Make sure you check out the resident bald eagles. There is a boat yard for launching your boat just a few minutes away.
In addition to boating, there’s many hiking trails, gift shops, great restaurants and many nooks and crannies to explore along the shores. Brunswick, Bath, Portland, and Freeport (home of LL Bean) are close but a day spent to explore the other coastal towns that line Route 1 is a must! Popham Beach, the most spectacular stretch of sandy beach in Maine, along with historical forts, Phippsburg, Boothbay Harbor, and Bar Harbor are also great day trips!

Take the train from Brunswick to Boston or travel the Maine coast. Brunswick is also home to Bowdoin College, which offers the Maine State Music Theatre, with superb productions and museums to enjoy!

When you are done exploring, come home and pick up some fresh caught lobster and steam them in the lobster cooker on the deck while watching the boats come in!
