Beautiful Private indoor/outdoor condo in Movie Colony Palm Springs

Perfect Fall and Winter location for people who love to leave the doors and windows open all day. This condo features a private large patio with a large moveable umbrella for sun or shade. 1200 square feet inside, 800 square feet outside, this oasis sits inside Greenhouse West, a community with one of the highest amounts of green space in Palm Springs! Modern remodeled open kitchen and primary bathroom with rain-style and traditional showerheads. Spacious main bedroom with its own patio access right out to the grill and dining/coffee area. Large outdoor space with a firepit, seating for 6 people, and gorgeous mountain views. There are three beautiful bougainvillea plants lining the walls, and automatic lighting both indoors and outdoors transforming the space from a sun-deck into a great evening hangout for cocktails, playing your own music allowed until 10 pm, and complete privacy.

If you enjoy downtown dining, shopping, nightlife (even a fun local casino), you'll find it all within a 10-20 minute walk from the condo. Easy access to golf courses, and 2 communal pools that are barely ever used. One pool is set to 85 degrees, and the other 75 degrees for those who want a cooler pool experience, as well as a very large and extremely clean jacuzzi, perfect to pair with morning coffee or evening cocktails. Large private grill located off the bedrooms is perfect for a BBQ for up to 6 guests, comfortably.

The neighborhood is just across the road from historic Movie Colony, and the sidestreets in this area are very safe and a great place for morning and evening walks, with the historic Sinatra House just across the street. Feel free to enjoy the grapefruits and lemons off the communal trees as well.

Greenhouse West Delight

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this condo for a month, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The beautiful outdoor courtyard area and firepit was a highlight, offering a serene space to relax and enjoy the fresh desert air. The lush grounds are immaculately maintained and filled with citrus trees (the host provided a fruit picker that made picking oranges and grapefruit enjoyable), making every stroll through the property a refreshing experience. My dog and I met other friendly visitors on our walks around the property. Communication with the property host was excellent. He was always responsive and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. This made the stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. The large, heated pool and hot tub were perfect for unwinding after a long day remotely working from the condo. Whether it was a morning swim or an evening soak, these amenities provided a wonderful way to relax and rejuvenate. Lastly, the stunning views from the condo were breathtaking. Whether it was the sunrise or sunset, the views all around the property were always a treat to behold. Walking in the nearby Movie Colony neighborhood is a delight and I already miss my daily walks around nearby Ruth Hardy park. Walking to downtown was easy and something I looked to every day. Overall, this condo provided a perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and excellent service.

Beautiful Location Near Downtown Palm Springs

Easy walk to downtown, beautiful grounds with friendly and welcoming neighbors, new and very comfortable beds. Patio had a nice mountain view, comfortable seating, a great gas grill, and beautiful garden. We loved the unit, would go back again in a heartbeat. The owner was easy to reach, gracious and easy to work with on some minor issues. Best equipped kitchen we've found in a rental, anywhere. Highly recommended.

Convenient, comfortable and close to everything!

This private unit boasts of a mid century modern flair and the host Greg has not forgotten anything. The kitchen has everything you need including spices and those little things you usually have to buy. The patio is lovely and private and Greg is attentive if you need him. The grounds are beautiful and the location the best!

Great location and grounds are beautiful

Property is very nice and well supplied with extras like coffee, beer, wine, soft drinks and cooking staples (sugar, flour, salt and pepper, etc.). Patio is beautiful with a nice BBQ and fire pit. Property owner is very responsive to questions and concerns.
