Perfect Palm Springs Condo!

This was our third stay at this property and every time is wonderful. Jason, the host is always friendly and quick to respond with any questions we’ve had. The property is just as pictured, beautiful, everything very comfortable and well equipped with a beautiful view. It’s possible to walk to the grocery store and a short drive to downtown Palm Springs. Love that the pool is heated to a perfect temperature. The Firebird is really a great complex and we enjoyed our neighbors. Highly recommend!

Very handsome mid-century modern decor, we ll maintained and very comfortable

Everything worked out well. Our only real negative was the lack of any covered parking - and we arrived there in the middle of July! The condo cooling worked very well though. Comfortable beds and furnishings, modern appliances, pool close by, all made for a very pleasant 3-month stay.

Mid-Century Paradise in Palm Springs

Absolutely love this property! This was our second stay at this condo in the Firebird Estates in Palm Springs and we've booked for next year as well. The view of the mountains from the condo is stunning. The place is beautifully decorated and super comfortable. The appliances are top end and it is well equipped in every regard. Jason, the owner is very responsive and friendly and his property manager is as well. The swimming pool is kept at a perfect warm temperature for our March visit. The neighbors are all very friendly and there is just a great vibe to the place. It is also walking distance to Ralph's grocery store, along with some other smaller shops and dining places. Highly recommend!

Stunning Condo, Friendly Complex, Great Location

We had a very enjoyable stay at the condo. It is a beautifully remodeled property and well stocked - yoga mats, pool noodles, pool towels - a lot of helpful amenities. The location of the complex is great - close to stores and restaurants, Demuth Park and several golf courses, quick trip to downtown PS and easy walk to the cultural center for the Farmer's Market. We have rented a lot of condos in the area but we think that the other owners/guests at this complex were by far the most friendly. We enjoyed meeting people at the pool and evenings in the spa. Communication with Jason was easy throughout the stay. We would highly recommend the property and would not hesitate to return.

Best PS experience

This rental at Firebird had everything we needed during January to enjoy the beautiful PS weather. The location was perfect and Jason was always responsive to any e-mails. We prepared most meals in the fully equipped kitchen. We had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed, W/D and plenty of parking space. I would stay here again.

Cool & chic!

Jason’s mid-century style condo has everything you need for a great stay in Palm Springs. The space itself is decorated beautifully (loved the art!) and has all the amenities you need for an extended stay. As for location, you can’t beat it as it’s conveniently located near downtown shops and restaurants, plus a short walking distance to Ralph’s supermarket and a Starbucks. Jason was a great host and very responsive to a couple questions that I had during my stay. In closing, if you’re lucky enough to see this condo with open dates, then I say look no further and book it fast.

Fabulous home base for all thee as t the desert has to offer

My mom and I stayed here for 3 months while getting to know the area. She wasn’t sure I had made a good choice before we arrived. At the end of our stay, she was unhappy about leaving to move into another great unit just over a mile away. The location was great in terms of everything with groceries and pharmacy a block away. The neighbors were friendly and grounds well maintained. Playful humming birds zipped by us daily. Jack rabbits ventured out around sunset and we even spied an occasional roadrunner. Great mountain View’s with stunning sunsets at least a couple of nights a week. The unit itself has been beautifully remodeled abe was a design inspiration. It looked exactly like the pics. The owners were responsive and available throughout the reservation process and during our stay. I’d recommend it to anyone I know without hesitation.

Palm Springs - Work Trip

Gorgeous place with stunning views and decorated perfectly! Very friendly neighbors yet very private. The back atrium is a great place to relax and unwind (100% private - beautiful at night with soft lighting on the walls). The appliances are very up to date and everything was well stocked. +Wonderful hosts! Phenomenal stay! We hope to stay here again!

This property is a gem!

The property turned out to be more impressive than we imagined. Beautifully and imaginatively decorated, located in a garden setting, the house and grounds were impeccably maintained. Jason, the owner went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and was always available for help and extra support. This property is a gem

The only place I'll stay in Palm Springs! Highly recommend!

I have frequented the Palm Springs area for 15 years now. This experience with Jason and Jeremy at the Firebird has blown them all away! It is now the only place I'll consider staying when I visit. The condo is in the perfect location. Walking distance to downtown, grocery stores, restaurants, and other great activities around the heart of Palm Springs. Not only is it wonderfully decorated to reflect Palm Springs' design, it is also extremely clean, quiet and safe! For years I would stay at resorts, never again! I now consider this my home away from home. Thank you again for the amazing rental experience!

À propos de l’hôte

Hôte : Jason Clifton

Image de profil de l’hôte
Owners, Jason Clifton & Jeremy Bauer are the design duo of BAUER/CLIFTON INTERIORS. As avid travelers themselves, they were immediately captivated by the charm of Palm Springs and wished to make this their home away from home.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

They restored this Mid-Century gem to serve as their desert get-away. After searching for many months, they determined The Firebird Estates was the perfect property due to its Mid-Century design, small community, and convenient location.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

What sets The Firebird apart is its exceptional blend of style, comfort, and authenticity. Featured in Modernism Week Fall 2024, this fully remodeled Mid-Century Modern condo showcases award-winning kitchen and bedroom designs recognized by the Interior Design Society. Every detail—from the sleek European cabinetry to the curated vintage furnishings and original artwork—has been thoughtfully selected to create a space that’s both iconic and inviting.

Unlike many rentals that simply nod to the Mid-Century aesthetic, The Firebird is the real deal. You'll find marble terrazzo floors, an open floor plan filled with natural light, and an effortlessly cool atmosphere that embodies classic Palm Springs design.

The private outdoor atrium, connected to the primary suite, offers a rare oasis to relax with a book or evening cocktail under the stars. Guests also enjoy access to beautifully landscaped grounds, a heated community pool and spa, and covered garage parking within a quiet, gated enclave of just 30 homes. With HOA rules limiting stays to under 30 days, the community remains peaceful and respectful year-round.

Best of all, The Firebird is ideally located just 1.5 miles from downtown Palm Springs and the airport, putting restaurants, art galleries, shopping, and hiking trails within easy reach—while still offering serene mountain views and resort-style relaxation.

If you’re looking for a Palm Springs getaway that combines high design, comfort, and location, The Firebird is truly one of a kind.
