Great quarters for family vacation just minutes from St. Andrews State Park, sugar white sands, and emerald green waters in a lovely cottage on lake. Cottage features large screened porch, well appointed kitchen, cable TV and free Wi-Fi. Catch and release fishing just out the back door and a short walk to one of the swimming pools. Resort facilities include clubhouse with exercise gym, Ping-Pong, shuffle board and seasonally heated pool. Quiet & safe family setting with manicured grounds and gated security. All within a short drive to the most beautiful beaches in the world, great dining, and a panoply of entertainment. NO PETS/ANIMALS ALLOWED. Any violation of HOA or Property owner rules & regulations will be reported & fined.

Perfect little house

The house was the perfect little home for us for the week. Clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Right on the small pond and a short walk to the pool. Quiet and quaint little neighborhood.

Lovely cottage.

A very nice property that was clean and quiet. The decorations were so cute and we had everything we needed. Bonus was the hungry turtles in the pond directly behind the cottage. We had fun feeding them because you couldn’t walk up to the water without them noticing and gathering a crowd! Would stay here again.

Stay was wonderful!

Our stay was fantastic, and we had no complaints or issues. Amy was wonderful and easy to get a hold of, as well as efficient in making sure our visit was a nice one. The property is very cozy and close to several fun activities including the beach!

Amy was very easy to communicate with. This was our first VRBO experience, and my husband and I were very pleased. The place was easy to find, quiet and clean...just what we were looking for. Just the thing for the relaxing vacation we needed. Would definitely stay again!!!

Could have been better

This place was very small although it was neatly decorated and very nice. The community where you stay in will give you a fine. They fined us $150 for a kid in the hottub and having a vape at the pool when we were the only ones there around 10 PM. I also had a son staying in a nearby Hotel who come to visit me and then they tried to say but I had all of those people staying in the unit because I had a visitor and there was a lady in the neighborhood that came out taking pictures of my tag. Then she started cussing saying that we were going to get kicked out because we had so many people there. It was just my son his wife and my three year old granddaughter visiting. As we were going to the beach together. The only thing wrong with the unit itself was that the air conditioner did not work well in the bedroom. It was very hot and we had a couple of sleepless nights on vacation. Other than that everything was great. The turtles in the pond was nice but I don't think there's any fish in it. Everything was very C lean and the hosts had provided all of the essentials we needed during our trip such as laundry detergent, food utensils towels. So as long as you don't plan to have a visitor, and you read the rules of the park entirely, all 6 or 7 pages, and don't get hot while you sleep, you should enjoy your time there. Also the sleeper sofa that is included needs a new mattress and frame. I would recommend only an older couple visit this unit. It's very small for a family of 4. And the listing says that it sleeps 5 but it does not it only sleeps 4.

Thank you for your review. I'm glad you felt it was clean, well appointed and pretty. I'm sorry that the fine upset you, however pool rules are clearly posted and are Florida state law. These must be followed for your family's safety, whether others are present or not. You are correct that our cottage is too small for large gatherings. Eight people is too many for this 1 bedroom, even as visitors. I discussed this with the neighbor and 3 cars were present, causing road blockage. I hope you enjoyed your visit to the area.

The whole experience from check-in to check out was smooth. Cottage is in a quiet gated area. 5 min drive to the beach areas. Host was great. Super helpful. The pool less than a minute walk away from the property. Book with confidence

Quiet and relaxing

We had a wonderful, relaxing time. The cottage was as described. Friendly neighbors and staff at the property and perfect location for us. I loved all the turtles! We did have to buy garbage bags, there weren't any left for us and also had to wash a load of towels, we were only given 3 clean towels and 3 rags for 2 adults for a four night stay. We would definitely consider staying here again, thanks.

Great place to stay, conveniently located.

Host was excellent. The property has great amenities including catch and release fishing and swimming pool, is minutes from the beach and plenty of other activities as well as restaurants.
