Bel emplacement calme. La plus grande piscine et bain à remous du club-house.
Ping Pong - shuffle board - salle d'entraînement. 1. 5 miles rues pour marcher - faire du vélo - courir. 2 étangs de pêche et de libération. Bâtiment de stockage à l'arrière de l'unité a laveuse / sécheuse, fournitures de plage, 2 vélos. Tous les draps fournis. Possibilité de faire votre propre ménage en fin de séjour pour éviter les frais de ménage. Accès facile à la plage. Winn Dixie et Publix avec 1 mile d'unité. Beaucoup d'établissements de restauration à moins de 1 mile. Loyers pour 1/2 ce que des unités comparables louent sur la plage. Great Home Away From Home

Our stay was amazing. Nice location with activities. The room was great and Mr.tony was only a call away. Would definitely recommend this place and will definitely return in the future.

Great stay and location

Enjoyed our stay! Property was very nice and only took us a few minutes to get to the beach. Property owner was very responsive to any questions we had.

We had great communication with the property manager, Tony. The pools were nice and the neighborhood was quiet and everyone was friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

Well equipped home with everything you need for a beach getaway! Super close to Capt. Anderson’s Marina and St. Andrews State Park, as well as other beach locations.

Fall break getaway

Great vacation location

The unit was in a great location and in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t get to enjoy all of the amenities because we were so busy with other things in the area. Would book again if in the area.

Vacationed at Emerald Point. Fell in love with how neat/pretty/quiet the location was. Bought place for self; decided to rent out when not there. The unit is decorated so that no evidence of owner living there. It is your place when there.
