Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear our condo wasn’t the right fit for your group’s needs. We recently upgraded the bunk room with custom-built extra-long twin-over-full bunk beds, and we’re in the process of updating the listing photos. Regarding the top bunks, we intentionally chose not to install guardrails after reviewing current safety guidance. Guardrails can create a dangerous entrapment hazard if a child becomes trapped between the mattress and the rail. Because guest safety is our highest priority, we believe that risk outweighs the benefit of installing them. Our condo is designed and licensed to accommodate up to six guests and provides seven individual sleeping spaces. It is equipped with a 50-gallon water heater set at a higher temperature, which is more than adequate for six guests showering under normal use. We have also elected to maintain full-flow shower heads because our guests consistently appreciate the strong water pressure, rather than installing low-flow restrictors. We always encourage guests to contact us during their stay if something isn’t meeting expectations. We are responsive and would have welcomed the opportunity to address your concerns while you were here. We take great pride in our condo and, after six years of consistently earning 5-star reviews, we were naturally disappointed by this rating.
