We shared the unit between 2 families. The lower level was perfect for the kids. Great view, easy to find, no check in issues. The unit is well stocked for cooking meals to save on dining out. Easy access to the best spots in town. It was a short trip and so we did not use the pool or other property amenities but it was awesome to have them available. The host was responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

The place is nice and has a good layout. Three floors tall. Two bedrooms on the top floor, one with a view, bunk beds on the lower floor. Three baths with shower. No shampoo, conditioner, bodywash provided. There is a coffee machine but no coffee or cream/sugar is provided. No beach towels or beach chairs available. There was no email sent to explain checking or checkout instructions. We had to call upon arrival to learn how to enter the place. Nice but no frills.

Family oriented stay, will be back.

We came with kids ages 5, 7, and 13 and had a great time. The downstairs was great to sleep lots of kids together and they all played air hockey and foosball when they woke up, which gave parents some extra time to sleep. Views were gorgeous and accessibility to garden city was easy. Village pool is down a big hill but it’s walkable. Pool is heated and hot tub fit 10-12 ppl with room to spare. Hosts were really accommodating. We will be back.

The property was as shown. It was clean - everything was accessible - towels, dishes, bedding. The home was clean. My daughters love it. Amazing view. There was no communication with the host until.

Outstanding View

This town home, was PERFECT. The views off the deck are just amazing. It was clean, and comfortable. The communication with Evolve and the owners were amazing. I recommend this place, and if its available next time, I will stay here again.

The property was beautiful and great location. The beds were hard.

The property was beautiful and in a great location. The beds were very hard and I don't think they should charge so much for cleaning considering they require you to strip the beds and put all the bedding and towels by the laundry room, start the dishwasher and remove all the trash. I have bo problem following the requirements of the stay just don't think they should charge so much when you are doing most of the cleaning yourself.

Family getaway

We had a great time! The listing was much bigger than we expected, the location was central to everything we wanted to do, and, even though we didn’t use them, there were lots of extra amenities (pool). We would definitely stay there again. The only issue we had was no fault of the owners. It was using Google maps. It took us to the street below where we needed to be. FYI, the house is on the last street at the top of the hill.

Nice place

Nice place with overall good location and great views. Farther away from pool than realized, you will need to drive to pool. No TV in upstairs guest room, microwave missing glass turn table, dryer didn’t work. Tried to contact maintenance but his contract ended the day before we began our stay. I emailed other management company but never heard back.
