4 Bdrm - 3 Bath newly remodeled townhome on Ideal Beach. One of the only condos with a washer and dryer and AIr conditioning which is a must in the hot summer days. Perfect vacation spot for family. Acres of green lawn allowing families to play together. Two minutes walk to beach. Rent a boat, jet skies, or water trampoline for family fun Resort has two pools and two hot tubs; and two saunas, miniature golf, tennis court and pickle ball court. Master bedroom has king size bed; 2nd bedroom has queen bed; third bedroom queen bed; 4th bedroom is spacious loft with double twin bunk beds. Three bathrooms and beautiful kitchen/dining area. Washer and dryer in condo. Get away for a few hours and visit Minnetonka caves in beautiful St. Charles Canyon northwest of Bear Lake, offers a half-mile of fascinating stalactites, stalagmites, and banded travertine in nine rooms. From mid-June until Labor Day. See the beauty of the Beaver Ski Mountain in the summer or winter. Rent bikes and ride the bike trail from condo into town to get Bear Lake's famous raspberry shakes; burgers, pizza etc Ideal Beach offers Summer evening Midnight Madness Mini Golf, outdoor movies, fireworks, free s'mores cookouts. Pickleville Playhouse is a musical theatre right down the road from Ideal Beach. A different enlightening production each summer. The Ideal Beach Resort Bear Lake condo is a perfect place to play, relax and create family memories in beautiful Bear Lake. Please do not reserve this condo if you planning on bringing more than the 10 people we allow. We will cancel your stay and you will not be refunded. So please follow our rules. Thank you!

IDEAL!!Finally, a home at the Ideal Beach Resort that is actually IDEAL! We’ve been bringing our family to Ideal Beach Resort for 25 years. Admittedly, it’s not because the condos/accommodations are comfortable because they’re not comfortable. Most condos at the resort have poorly supplied kitchen equipment at best. Most Ideal Beach condos are never very clean either. Most condos have old and dirty bathrooms. But, the resort has beach access and amenities that my family loves so we’ve been putting up with mediocre all these years.Until now. WOW!! Tim’s condo blows ALL the other condo units out of the water! There isn’t a better place to stay at Bear Lake in any location. This place has been well designed and updated from the lighting, air conditioning, windows, flooring, appliances and furniture. There are 5 TVs. The bedrooms are spacious and well layed out. The beds and bedding are comfortable and clean. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of clean and new kitchen equipment and cooking essentials. There is a washer and dryer and internet (which most condos do not offer).Somehow, Tim and his designers have thought of practically everything you might need for your stay and they have delivered it. I’m impressed and amazed at the level of hospitality this unit offers. It’s unlike any other place at Ideal Beach. My biggest concern is this condo will become so popular we’ll have a hard time booking it again.Tim and his team has earned our loyalty and respect. IDEAL!!

Great condo on Bear Lake

This condo is in a great location on the shores of Bear Lake. It is a great place for a family as there is lots to do! The condo itself is newly remodeled and very nice - beds are comfortable, air conditioning is great, plenty of dishes and cooking equipment. There are even beach chairs and toys to take to the beach. I would highly recommend this condo for your next getaway!

Sunny Days at Bear Lake

This is a great condo in the Ideal Beach Resort! We have stayed multiple times and enjoyed it every trip. The condo is clean and very well equipped. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning is a bonus! It is decorated nicely and is a peaceful place to be. Communication has always been easy and timely. 5 stars all around!

Perfect Place

I used to stay at Ideal Beach Resort when I was a kid, so to stay in such a beautifully renovated space with every single need/want provided for was amazing! My family had such a good time, and I appreciated so much not having to pack beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas, as well as so many other small but very considerate items that made our stay a dream. Great Location

The Condo recently upgraded and it is beautiful. The Condo is about 100 yards walk over grass and trees to the lake and is beautiful. The Condo is in a very nice area and close to stores and restaurants in Garden City. We rented a boat that is on the property and a few minutes walk from the Condo.

Perfect Place for Family Fun

This Bear Lake condo is a great find! Perfect for family gatherings where there are several married couples as there are 4 private bedrooms as well as 3 full bathrooms. It has been updated and is clean and comfortable with plenty of dishes and kitchen necessities, as well as bath and beach towels. The washer and dryer were great to have too. It is just a few minutes' walk to the beach, the pool, the miniature golf course, and the playground. We really enjoyed our time here!

Absolutely perfect.

This was an absolutely amazing condo. Completely remodeled and updated, beautifully appointed, and a fantastic retreat for our family. The four-bedroom provided more than enough space, and the owners have gone the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. Most notably, ownership of this property changed after we had made the reservation, and the new owner was incredible in how he honored our original contract. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. We are truly grateful for this stay,

Bear Lake Resort

The condo is clean and recently-updated. We liked it overall. The resort has activities for the kids, which is a plus. The beach is typical of Bear Lake; lots of rocks, mud, and weeds. Check in wasn't great. The staff in the front office initially sent us to a separate, time share office since we had reserved through Vrbo. When we were sent back they wouldn't open the main gate for us, so I had to walk to the unit to get the gate key.

Everything was as pictured and described. We loved our stay and would gladly stay again! The condo has been beautifully renovated and has AC, with all the perks of being part of Ideal Beach. We traveled with four young kids and it was perfect.
