Built in 2023 Villa Deva is a luxurious one bedroom villa with private pool. Part of the Alamanda Gardens complex, in central seminyak few step from restaurants, beach, shops...

It is the perfect space for both relaxing and entertaining.

Ideal for couples, honeymooners, the space features a gracious and inviting living and dining area, a well-appointed kitchen for mixing cocktails, cooking (or simply opening delivery packs from one of several local restaurants), a beautiful pool and lounge deck, cozy bean bags to relax in after a day in the sun, and spa-quality bathrooms and amenities to relax and refresh yourself.

Villa DEVA features modern construction built with care using some of Bali’s most precious materials like natural stone and teak wood; it has been decorated with attention to detail and comfort in mind.

The carefully thought-out tropical garden boasts multiple colored plants and palms, bananas, gardenia, herbs, and orchids (to name a few), and surrounds the natural stone turquoise pool with a natural wood deck to enjoy an afternoon mocktail or cocktail.

Whether soaking in the sun by the pool, lounging in the living room on the über-comfortable sofa and chair, or switching on the A/C and settling in for the night as you sink into luxurious beds, our goal is that you feel relaxed and at home.

Just under 1,2km from the beach, Villa DEVA is located in the beating heart of Seminyak Beach,. Take a short walk to the beach for swimming, surfing, sunsets, and volleyball. Indulge in a tropical adventure as you explore the beauty and diversity of Bali’s southern coastline.

If you love good food and dining, this is the place to be! An easy walk to many wonderful local cafés, bars, and restaurants… and of course many, many fun, beautiful, and eclectic shops and boutiques.

If you like to dance the night (or weekends) away, welcome to the center of it all! Ku DE TA, Café Del Mar, Mano, La favela and Red carpet and many others are all close.

Just minutes up from Jalan kayu Aya and the Oberoi district, our spot in Seminyak makes heading further into Canggu, Umalas, or Kerobokan as easy as zipping down to Petitenget or Batubelig.

But if you need any assistance, feel free to give us a buzz! We offer full managerial services, including housekeeping. So you’ll have complete privacy - but you won’t be left to fend for yourself!
