Just a 3-minute walk from family-friendly Crescent Beach, this house is perfect for large gatherings, sleeping up to 16 year-round. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens and 2 screened-in porches. Outside is a furnished deck with a propane grill and a large backyard with an outdoor shower, fire pit and horseshoe pits. Right off of Rt. 17, you are minutes from all the restaurants, shopping, and attractions North Myrtle Beach has to offer.

Myrtle Golf Friends

Had a group of about 8 golfers, the house was perfect for us, a little dated but location was great, nice yard with fire pit to unwind at night, close to beach and local bar, the owner/management company was very responsive to any questions, enjoyed by all!

Excellent 10/10

Although we had a couple of issues from the previous guests, the host was very accommodating and the place was great! Very close to the beach! Plenty of room for our whole group of 11. Would stay here again!

Great for young adults

Had a great week with daughter and her friends for her senior week. A couple families and friends. Location was nice and quiet, short walk to the beach, plenty of space, good neighborhood. House was ready when expected, owner was easy to communicate with. This is in the crescent beach area of North Myrtle. Plenty of restaurants and other activities for everyone.

family vacation beach house

The location is outstanding being 2 blocks from the beach. the Owner/Mark was very responsive to the many questions/observations i made of the property after we checked in. I have given Mark details on all issues we ran into so I won't list them all here but suffice it to say that some work needs to be done in the house for it to be fully ready, in my opinion, as a rental. I saw eight 5 star reviews from prior renters so maybe i am expecting too much.

Great location, several functionality concerns

The location is great. Close to the beach, easy to find, some good restaurants and bars nearby. However, the house was not very clean. Many of the doors were black with dirt and gunk, mold on the vent in the upstairs kitchen, dust and cobwebs over the upstairs beds, dirty furniture, and brown spots all over the first downstairs bathroom. Additionally, we had german cockroaches in the bedrooms and bathrooms and they weren’t able to get anyone out while we were there due to availability,. Additionally, the upstairs bathroom toilet was broken and not flushing. We let them (the mgmt company) know that as well and they said they would handle after we departed. In the first downstairs bathroom, the wood was rotted out of the window, and you could see through it to the outside where you should not have been able to do so. Limited supplies in the kitchens and no TP. Come prepared with your own hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, and paper towels as they were not supplied. No extra trash bags or other cleaning supplies either. Not even a sponge. Definitely very bare bones. Bed sheets were clean but beds and pillows were not comfortable. Would not stay again or recommend at this point until some changes are made.

Hi April, Thank you for taking the time to let me know about all those things. I did hand over regular maintenance to Grand Strand Resorts this year, and this is most disconcerting. I have already forwarded this entire review to them to let them know what you experienced, and I will be calling them directly to talk through each issue. Not one of the things you mentioned should be the case, so I will make sure everyone one of them is fixed in the next week or 2 (our next guests are a month out). As to the cockroaches, I have quarterly visits by our exterminator since they show up from time to time in the area, but I'll have him come out more often to make sure that never happens again. Let me know in the reservation thread if you want any further updates on the progress. I hope you have a great Thanksgiving. -Mark

Beautiful house, great location!

This house is spacious and has lots of room! 2 kitchens and 3 bathrooms was a must for our group of 9! The host was wonderful and responded quickly. 3 minute walk to the beach, great location! House was perfect!

Great stay

This place has everything you need for a ton of people and a fantastic location. Right at 17 Ave South, which is like the Main Street of Crescent Beach, and close to the beach - you can't beat the location. Lots of room. Clean. Friendly helpful owners. Check out the pictures, they're accurate.

Youth Weekend!

Our stay was a great one. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The hosts were gracious in providing ample amounts of information. I will say that the bunk and trundle bedrooms are connected which could be helpful to know on the front end. However, everything that we needed was mostly provided. I would definitely visit here again!

The ultimate family beach stay

This property is just a few minute walk from the public beach access. It is the ultimate family beach house. It has 2 wonderful screened in porches plus a grilling porch, 2 kitchens, 2 sitting areas and our personal favorite was the outside shower and large back yard. The all wood upstairs was super cool. This location is great for a large family with teenagers and kids. I would highly recommend this property.
