Situé en Afrique du Sud et l'une des cinq destinations de surf les plus célèbres (n ° 2 sur la liste de surf «best in the world»). Nous avons apporté une partie de l'Afrique du Sud à notre propriété sur le thème du surf qui vous accueille à "Just Coast" à North Myrtle Beach! Situé dans le centre, "juste" de l'autre côté de la rue, face à la côte Atlantique, "à seulement un pâté de maisons d'Ocean Drive" et "à peine", à 1,5 km de la jetée de Cherry Grove, vous demanderez pourquoi nous ne sommes pas "restés"! ?!

Jeffreys 'Bay peut accueillir jusqu'à 16 personnes dans 4 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bain sur 3 étages, 1 cuisine complète, laveuse et sécheuse, wifi gratuit, télévision par câble, 1 télévision à chaque étage, salle de billard privée, zone de cuisson extérieure et piscine partagée sur la propriété. Les photos sont de plusieurs unités différentes tous les meubles sont similaires. 8 unités en construction. Le jour du départ doit être un jour de la semaine de location du samedi au samedi ou du dimanche au dimanche.

Nice Location

The location was great, the home was nice their where some issues with the shower on the third floor but the property manager left a note during check in that let us know about it. The mats that were placed weren't beneficial but overall I really enjoyed my stay.

Thanks! Those mats were so we did not have to cancel your stay. The mats were to protect a crack in the tile grout so dripping bath water on the floor did not go through the floor into the bath below. We removed the entire floor and replaced it after your stay. Best Regards, Monroe

Uncomfortable beds

Sofa bed are poor quality, you can feel the springs on your back. Slide door doesn’t have any blinds and there is a very bright light right in front of it, i could no sleep. Bank beds are good for teens, but no for adults; especially if you use the bathroom several times over night. There are 4 bath, but only 2 showers. I consider that too inconvenient for 15 people. Outside property looks good, but inside needs a big improvement. Overall, I won’t stay there again.

Esmerelda, As always, I appreciate the review. The bed plan with bathroom types is in the listing. This is the first season on the carpeting on the master bedroom level and the sofa bed is less than a year old. I do agree that sofa beds are not as comfortable as regular beds. Unfortunately, that is the best we can do. I like the advice on the slider door bright light at night. I don't realize these things until someone tells me, so thanks for that. The exterior lights are new and I think I know which one is hitting the building where that door is. We will get a curtain installed.

In need of updating

While we knew about the stairs within the condo, three flights, we did not consider the extra flight of stairs to get to the condo. Rain flowed into the living room from the patio doors so we bought a mop to soak it up. Calls to Management took two days to respond. Management gave us two towels to soak up the water. It rained every night so there were puddles every morning. The dishwasher did not work. The washer made towels smell funky. I stepped on a giant water bug in the master bedroom during the night on the way to the bathroom. Other people in the condo complex had leaky roofs to deal with. The location is nice.

Great location. Poor description.

I want to start off by saying Monroe was great. He was extremely responsive to my emails. The location was great for the price we paid. This was a 4 bedroom townhouse with plenty of sleeping space for 10 people. The house was not very clean but came equipped with everything in the kitchen. The refrigerator did not work well (freezer didn't freeze things all the way and fridge temp was well above normal temp) and according to the check in notes if the refrigerator stops working during your stay you will have to rely on a cooler to keep your food. So it was useless for us to complain about the fridge. The one thing that we noticed is the description of the property. First of all, they tell you that wifi is available for free. What they don't tell you is it only works on the 1st floor. Therefore, the 2nd and 3rd floor doesn't have wifi at all. Also according to the description there is supposed to be a tv on every floor. We stayed in Jeffrey's Bay and that was not true. There was one small tv on the 1st floor and that was it! 10 people in a house (6 were kids) and we had 1 TV! Then there were the bedrooms on the 3rd floor, Online they show two sets of bunks in one room and two full beds in the other room, well that's not the case. There was one bunk and one full in each room which became an issue with our sleeping arrangements. The downstairs living room area showed a total of 13 chairs (bar stool style) and i believe there were only 9 or 10 total. Then all the random doors on the 2nd and 3rd floor were creepy. Also the bunk bed on the 2nd floor is against a window and outside of the window were two other balconies to other units! Super creepy when little kids are sleeping in the room... thankfully I checked the window on the first night and noticed it was unlocked! Anyways, we were happy with the location, unhappy with the cleanliness and misrepresentation of the unit, and just made it work for the week. The price was cheap and it allowed us to spend our money on other things for the kids. The owner was great! We did request to stay another night because the kids wanted to do a few more things in the area. When we contacted Monroe he immediately checked the calendar learned he wasn't booked and offered us a great price. Overall, if you're not overly concerned about a super clean place with accurate description and you have a big family, then save some money and stay here! Close to the beach with a small onsite pool and close to many stores.

Last minute booking

Rented at the last minute due to hurricane. Not a lot of space for a group to eat together or play a game (we used our beach chairs). Location was fantastic. Bathroom floors need replacing. Overall worked for our group.

Good for families

There is more than enough room for a family getaway. Beach is walking distance and there’s many food places to choose from a block away. The only thing my family didn’t like was not being able to control the air conditioning. Other than that it was a decent place to stay.
