Amazing house. We will definitely book again. Very spacious, clean and full of amenities. The pool and hot tub was perfect for our group and we spent much time out there. Communication with the host was great, check in was easy.

Very pleasant spring break get away! The home is pretty much as advertised and pictured, no surprises. It had plenty of space for our party of six and could easily handle more. The pool was a 10 out of 10! We had issues with other pools in Formosa but Denise set us up with pool heating and a mid week cleaning. The gas grill is a nice addition for a couple of meals to cook at home. Formosa is within 5 miles of tons of eating and shopping destinations. It is also within 15 minutes of the Disney parks.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was clean and well-maintained, and the pool was spotless, which our family loved. It’s conveniently located close to Disney World, making it easy to get to the parks. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and everything we needed to cook, and there were plenty of towels for everyone. Highly recommend this place for a family getaway!

When we drove up to the home, we were very impressed with the sq. footage of the property. All of the bedrooms were ample size and it was so nice that the bedrooms were en-suites. The game room was a room for the kids to hang out; while the living room was the perfect size for us to do karaoke for 3 hours. Televisions were all a nice size in every room. The home had a well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, pool equip, iron, extra towels, W/D, etc. The home was also extremely clean, including a mop and bucket to use if needed. We loved our stay completely!

2025 vacation

We have stayed in this gated community once a year for the last 15 years. Absolutely loved this house. The rooms were beautiful and the updated baths were fabulous. Everything was great and next year, we will be renting this beautiful home again.

Eater vacation

The hosting and communication from Denise was absolutely fantastic – she was on the ball – very responsive and when we wanted some minor things like a mop – it was delivered by Amazon that day – couldn’t recommend her effectiveness any higher. The villa was well appointed and in a great location – it was a fantastic two weeks.

A mini resort staying here

Beautiful large, clean home; nice quiet neighborhood, close to all Disney parks and shopping. Had everything you need as if you’re home. Only need to bring food and drinks. Jacuzzi had a temperature issue and was addressed immediately. Highly recommend staying here

Fantastic Home

We have rented houses in the area three years in a row for a big cheer event we attend in early May and this one was by far the best one yet! The house is spacious, clean, and well stocked. The teens with us really enjoyed the game room. The location is convenient to parks and ESPN. Communication with Denise was timely and helpful. This will be first on our list for next year!

Lovely villa

The villa and location was excellent as close to all the parks and a safe, gated community. Villa was spotless and kitted out with everything we needed for a wonderful holiday. Denise was very helpful and easily contactable. Hopefully we can return again and Thankyou for a lovely holiday

Spring Oasis

We have been renting properties in the Formosa Gardens neighborhood for the last 15 years and I would rank this one as one of our favorites. It started with the property manager Denise, very friendly, helpful, and very responsive. The home was very clean, comfortable, with a great pool lanai and plenty of seating. We loved the landscape as well. We will definitely rent this home again.

EVERYTHING I EXPECTED AND MORE!

Denise (the host) is an absolute delight and a pleasure to deal with. Check in was effortless. We fell in love with the location of the house, the house itself and how clean all areas were. Me and my family made amazing memories here, and I would love to stay there again when we go back to Florida. Highly recommended by me and my whole group. The house is located next to Disney, restaurants and grocery shops.

Relax in Comfort and Convenience

Our family primarily lives in parts of FL, and Orlando is just an amazing location to gather together periodically. Formosa Gardens as a development is outstanding and we have stayed there many times. This home was EXCELLENT - clean, convenient, and comfortable. It was amazingly stocked with everything you need to have a successful and easy stay from kitchen items to clean linens, comfy beds, and plenty of towels for baths and pool. The appliances were new and functioned perfectly, and the pool - awesome pool and spa. And close close close to absolutely everything. Parks, food, shopping, restaurants. Everyone was comfortable, had their own space, own baths, and the opportunity to enjoy vacation. This home was a 20 out of 10 and Denise was a wonderful contact and host for the property. We needed this break and look forward to the next one! Thank you thank you thank you.

Amazing Home with an Amazing Host

Multi-generational Family Trip and all had a great time. Layout provided 4 bedrooms on first floor with 3 on second which was more than enough for our group. Plenty of seating inside and outside by the Pool and Hot Tub, which were major hits. Only traveled to Disney properties but longest trip was to Magic Kingdom and was only 20-22 minutes with traffic. Denise was awesome to work with from helping adjust dates when I originally planned wrong to answering all messages during the trip and ensuring everything worked as it should. I cannot say enough positive things about her and the home itself. We already have hopes of booking again in the future. Thank you, Denise, for everything...

House is as described/pictured

The house is as described and pictured & if I were only rating the house it would be a 4 or 5. However, the host communication pre-travel was so lacking that we were actually stressed right up until check-in that the rental was true. I booked instant booking & never received a thank you for booking or any communication. A month later I sent a message inquiring about paying for pool heat & still no message response but 5 days later get an automated payment request for pool heat. I paid the request & 16 days later I send a message asking about the pool heat since it is no longer listed as an option in the listing. She does not answer my message & 3 weeks later, I send another message. She sends a brief response (panicking us) that "the pool heat hasn't yet been paid". I immediately message that all payments, including the extra payments for the pool heat, were paid in full. She replies she is out of the country & will get back to me when she returns. Surprise- she never gets back to me even though I message again over a week later. It's radio silence until 3 days before check-in when I get a message with check in instructions. Unfortunately by this time, we were all concerned that the rental would fall through at the last moment. Thankfully, she just doesn't communicate & the house was fine. We did have 2 house issues while we were there & she does answer her phone & deal with issues as they arise. Other reviews say she communicates but we sincerely disagree.

It is unfortunate these guests felt panicky & not sure of the reservation. Everything is in the VRBO app including payments and confirmation. We do recommend a good communication between yourselves if not using the app and contacting us by phone. An issue that arose was the microwave stopped working late on Christmas Eve. We delivered a new one at 9am on Christmas morning and members of the group were surprised to see us due to no knowledge of this. Communication works both ways and I can ensure my upcoming guests will be able to testify to this. I sincerely apologize if there was ever any concern regarding your visit.
