Basic toiletries are provided as well as numerous board games and DVDs. A remote work space is available with a printer for your convenience.

We loved this place. The location was perfect for the horse show, being downtown, near Elk Rapids, and with many restaurants nearby. We loved the coziness of the condo, and it had everything we needed. It was a very hot week, but we stayed cool with the AC and enjoyed the golf course sunsets.

Great place to stay

Location is extremely convenient for easy in and out. We stayed for a weekend get away. Condo is very well stocked for cooking and was very clean. Owner was very responsive and made sure we knew all pertinent details. We would absolutely stay again.

A great place to stay near Traverse City. The view is awesome.

A beautiful condo. We are repeat guests. They just added a twin bed to one of the bedrooms which is perfect for our daughter. This is a great location for doing day trips up to Harbor Springs or Fishtown. We will definitely be back.

Annual TC Conference Stay

Condo was just as listing indicated. Very clean and just what we needed for attending our conference at the Grand Traverse Resort-within minutes. Great views off the patio. Had everything we needed. Communication with host was easy and they were readily available to answer questions. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Beautiful Condo near TC

This condo is so beautiful. Gives you that cozy home feeling. Quiet, end unit. Located on a golf course. Walkable to a restaurant. TC 25-30 minute drive. Enjoy many restaurants and wineries. A wonderful place to put your feet up after a day in TC. Wonderful little touches of a treat box, k cups, and perfect streaming available on the TV. However, I really loved the touch of the DVD collection, books, and board games available! Great place to stay with wonderful hosts. Thank you and will definitely stay here again!

Excessive road noise and noisy tenants above us. We were unaware the condo was on the street running parallel to m72, otherwise we would not have rented the property. The road noise was so bad we left a day early.

Cozy Condo

We were very happy with our stay! Condo was very clean and cozy. Had everything we needed. Location was perfect as it’s 5 minutes to the horse show and 10-15 minutes to downtown Traverse City. Will stay again next time we’re in town.

Excellent Stay

We were in TC for our daughter’s wedding. The condo was in a great location to TC and Elk Rapids. The condo was very clean and comfortable! We loved all the extra touches like coffee pods and snacks as we were on a tight schedule during the trip. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful condo, fresh updates to furniture and flooring. Always very clean and accommodating. Centrally located so we can jump in the car and take many different mini road trips to local towns. We are looking forward to our next stay here.

Family Weekend

Wonderful place to stay with our son and his wife who live in MI and wanted to show us the area. Condo was very nicely appointed and stocked...including very thoughtful little touches like a customized welcome board, snacks, lots of coffee pods, and even extra golf balls (which i should have taken a few extra as i donated my share to the Wolverine and Bear courses). Our compliments to our host as you have gone out of your way to show hospitality to your. It was perfect for two couples and we would highly recommend this condo and this host.

We really enjoyed our stay, but heard every noise from the tenant above us. If that is not a big deal to you, this is the place. The location is great, it's well stocked and very clean.

Perfect and clean
