Magnifique chalet très confortable et lumineux avec véranda, 2 chambres (1 lit queen, 2 lits jumeaux et canapé-lit) pour 6 personnes. Situé à quelques pas du grand clubhouse avec piscines / jacuzzi / centre de fitness. Salon joliment meublé, cuisine avec coin repas et glissières au porche avec table pour 6 A / C, laveuse / sécheuse et planchers de bois franc. WIFI haut débit gratuit. Disponible du 1er mai au 1er novembre. 1 mile de magnifiques plages de Moody's Beach, Ogunquit & Wells. Près des parcs d'attractions, des points de vente Freeport et Kittery et des terrains de golf.

Our kids had the best time - close to the beach, property is quiet, screened in porch has the best breeze, space was clean and exactly as listed.

Quiet Maine Vacation

Stayed at the property with my family of 6. A great location, quick drive to the beaches! Good for families with small children since the pool and the game room is a quick walk.l

It was a cute place. There was a packet there with information on places to eat & things to do. And all the other towns are close enough to visit which was great. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place for a getaway!

We had a great stay at Beach dreams! Suzanne was very responsive and happy to answer any questions we had! Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. A number of pools for the kids and close to the beach.

A nice getaway

The property was very clean, and well organized. We arrived on a Tuesday, it was extremely quiet. We used the gym and swimming pool. It was a quiet spot to stay in.

Enjoyed my Beach Dreams

Suzzane has a nice cottage, kept well, and nearby to the best area beaches and dining. We had nearly everything we needed when we arrived, and it was clean and comfortable The common area with pool, hot tub(large), and kiddie pool were great as well, and a 2 minute walk from the cottage... We hope to be back again next year!!

A great experience!

This was a great spot to use as a base point for our Maine adventures. Suzanne went the extra mile and was in great communication with us. We especially enjoyed breakfast in the adorable sun room! Wouldn't have changed thing.

Amazing stay!!

This property was just as described. Clean, comfortable, and a great neighborhood. Suzanne was excellent were were completely prepared. I have to say its the most comfortable be we have slept in and we have stayed in several places this year. We had accurate information for dining what beaches to do go ect. Will definitely recommend (already have) and hopefully go back

Truly a great place to stay

We had a great stay at this awesome cottage. Everything was exactly as described and more. The owners are really nice to deal with and very responsive. The cottage was pristine and the perfect place to relax after a long day. The grounds had many amenities like a beautiful pool, hot tub, game room, etc. The location is close to everything. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Very nice place

Everything with the house was great. They had plenty of items there that we did not have to provide ourselves which was a blessing. I only wish we would have utilized the rest of the property more while we were there, but we were out and about so much we didn't have time. Overall, very pleased.

Lovely

This was my our first vacation with our one year old daughter without extended family and this cabin was perfect. Suzanne was a wonderful host. The pool was open and perfect for our water baby. The cabin was close to everything and we visited different beaches. We sat on the porch when the baby went to bed. There was also a washer and dryer in house which I never fully appreciated until I had my daughter. It was a great week.

Great place to spend vacation

We are back home know and remember a wonderful vacation. It was a great plesaure for us to spend a couple of days in your cottage which is really beautiful and comfortable. The weather was great...somestimes too hot :)(over 100°F) but we enjoyed our time at the beach at Drakes Island or at the pool and of course the shopping tours to Kittery and Portland. Whale whatching was e real special experience for us, which we wouldn't miss. It was nice to end up the day sitting in the porch, relaxing with a good glas of wine. All in all we felt very much at home. Thank you!!!

We loved this cottage!!! We will be back!!!

The first thing we noticed was it DID NOT smell like a rental house. It was very bright, cheery and CLEAN. My aunt rented another cottage that Suzanne (the owner) owns and was equally as pleased with her cottage, The cottages were very well equipped with lots of info. on area restaurants and places to visit. My parents loved the screened in porch. The whole cottage was decorated with a beach theme and was adorable. We enjoyed our lobster dinner out on the porch one night and used their beautiful grill a few other nights. Suzanne had a good supply of beach chairs that we used when we visited Drakes Island Beach. The park itself was very clean and quiet. The pool and hot tub was also very nice and never crowded. We had a very quick and easy check in and the staff at beach dreams were very nice and super helpful. Suzanne and her husband are very nice and very easy to deal with. We had the pleasure of meeting them while we were staying there. We would highly recommend beach dreams for your next vacation to Maine!!!!!

Having your parents with you and your Aunt in our nearby cottage was great knowing you all had a great time together for dinners together on the porch. Thanks for taking such good care of it and know that you can come back anytime of the year except winter it is closed.

Excellent accomodations and relaxing vacation!

We stayed at Beach Dreams in late June 2016. We were very pleased with both the cottage (size and amenities were great) and also the overall atmosphere of the complex. It was family friendly while also maintaining a level of quiet and peacefulness. We enjoyed visiting Ogunquit, walking Marginal Way to Perkins Cove, kayaking on the Moussam river, taking a lighthouse and lobster cruise, visiting Kennebunkport, eating terrific food at some great restaurants, and relaxing by the pool. One of our favorite restaurants was the Village Tavern in Kennebunk. It is somewhat out of the way but well worth the visit - some of the best food we've ever had. The cottage was very nice to come back to every night. There were 4 of us in our cottage (myself, my husband, and 2 kids ages 12 and 13). We had plenty of space for sleeping, lounging, cooking, and it was quite a treat to have a washer and dryer so that dirty laundry did not pile up. Within the complex was also a fitness area, hot tub, and game room for the kids. Overall our experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is traveling to the area. Suzanne was so pleasant and helpful and really made the whole trip effortless. We will be back again for sure! :)

Beach Dreams, Wells 2024

Beau site avec, piscine, bain à remous, club house avec jeux d'arcades, etc. Cottage très propre et bien équipé parcontre les maisons sont très rapprochées, ce qui peut être dérangeant pour les voisins quand on a des enfants.

I love Wells since it is close to Boston and has so much to offer in every season. My hope is for every person feels comfortable and relaxed in our comfortable cottage. Vacation is what we all work hard for and I assure you a very clean cottage & positive experience!!

Extremely comfortable beds and furniture. Has room for 2 cars in front of cottage and 1 min walk to lg. pool, jacuzzi, clubhouse with basketball court. Toys and sand toys and puppets etc.

Nicely decorated, clean and well equipped sand alone cottage 1/2 min .walk to Main Clubhouse. Screened Porch for added dinning & game room. Very comfortable beds & sofas. Air conditioning & 3 ceiling fans -heat available for comfort in Fall and Spring if needed.
