Very spacious condo with a King Bed in a Bedroom and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room. First floor unit with patio right on the beach.

Perfect for our family!

Great location! You won’t be disappointed. The beach is just steps away. Communication with the owner was the best! We needed more blankets(my kids don’t share). Owner answered on the first call and had it handled in minutes. Condo was super clean, adorable and had everything we needed. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Longtime winter visitors, but our first time in Longboat

Although our unit didn’t have the beach views weve been used to in the past, we didn't miss them like i thought we would. Roman's unit has a lovely lanai that is surrounded by native plants and catches a nice breeze. The unit was spacious enough for my husband and I, updated, clean and comfortable, and it's just a short walk to either the pool or private beach. There were great walking paths nearby along with pickleball courts. And we don't want to forget the myriad restaurants and shops just a few minutes drive away! We would definitely return.

A recharge at the beach

This was a wonderful place to stay. This beautiful newly updated condo had everything we wanted. From the minute we stepped into it we knew it was right for us. It was super clean and well appointed with everything you need for a stay at the beach. It is just steps from the beach for easy access. It is quiet when you close up for the night and it is near fantastic restaurants and activities other than the beach. Minutes from St Armands, so shopping is nearby too. The condo had everything and the owners were super responsive with any questions we had. The bedding was very comfortable and the bedroom is huge. Highly recommended stay. I will stay with these owners again. You can see that they care about their rentals and most importantly, they care about their guests.

Clean condo. Beautiful private beach. Condo is on ground floor with absolutely no privacy. Can’t open blinds or drapes for fear of someone walking by or parking right outside your window, thereby allowing in no natural light. Mattress and pillows and sheets could use replacement.

Beautiful Getaway

This was the best VRBO property we’ve stayed at. It was immaculate, stylish and the bed was so comfortable. It’s a very quickly stroll to a private beach and the sunsets were to die for. We will be back!

A week in paradise.

The property was clean, up to date and a short walk to the beach, Roman was a great communicator, giving updates on hurricane status. The location is close to paradise with beautiful sun rises/sets and the beach was pristine. My wife was able to paddle board every morning and afternoon and we were sun drenched every day. I continue to question why we live in a gray, somber climate in upstate NY.
