With the $35 daily resort fee that needs to be paid at check-in, guests can enjoy of the private pool, private beach access with towels, umbrellas and chairs, fitness center, complimentary high-speed WIFI, and business center. Hotel also has meeting spaces for any private events and it also contains 1 restaurant and 2 bars. Resort is located within a short distance of many attractions in Miami. Should you have a vehicle, there is a $35 valet parking fee to be paid at property.

**Please note that the construction of a residential building has begun next door and we want to assure you that your comfort and experience remain our utmost priority. Though this construction will not impact any of our amenities and services here at Marenas, you may experience an increase in noise during your stay. Pool, tiki bar, and beach staff were excellent Had great food and drinks Only issue was carpet was filthy in room and we ended up vacuuming it ourselves Asking for hand towels and wash clothes was never rectified after asking 4 times. Otherwise the views are amazing and we will chalk up the cleaning service as a fluke

The apartment suited our needs perfectly. It was clean, well appointed and spacious enough for three. We spent a lot of time on the balcony which has a fantastic view. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing views!!

We had a very nice stay. The view from the balcony is incredible - you can see city/bay views to the left, and beach views to the right. It was fun to watch lightening from thunderstorms in the distance. Highly recommend waking up early to catch the sun rise over the ocean. Would love to come back!

Wonderful experience

My sister and I stayed on the south side of the property on the 25th floor. Beautiful views of ocean and bay. Friendly staff. The Cuban sandwich was the best I have ever had. Our room did not get cleaned every day, but was perfect when cleaned. I look forward to coming back.

Loved the condo but be aware that there is a $35/day resort fee plus a fee for valet parking (there is no option for self parking).

Great Experience

If you are looking for a beach getaway this is the perfect place! Check in could not be easier, the location was beautiful, the unit was perfect for two people and very clean and comfortable. The staff was attentive and friendly. This is a hotel experience combined with apartment comfort. The staff at the beach was exceptional setting up chairs, umbrellas and tables and the pool side bar allows for cocktails on the beach. I highly recommend!!!

Beautiful place, there is construction going on next door, it didn’t bother us at all. The view was fantastic! You could see the ocean on one side and the bay on the other . At night the lights were beautiful. Staff was very attentive. There isn’t a lot of kitchen accessories ( no can opener, dish towel, baking pans. So if you plan on cooking be prepared.

Wait until construction is over!

The construction next door completely ruined our time at this resort. We could not enjoy our balcony, the pool, the hot tub, and the beach...unless you walked a mile away from where the resort is. I'm sure this is a great place to stay when there is no construction going on but I would avoid staying here at all costs right now until the construction is over

Great place to stay right on the beach

The property is in Sunny Isles so your close to everything without being in South Beach. The staff is super friendly. The room was clean and has a view of the bay and the beach. Downstairs has a full bar and Restaurant. Christian at the Bar will make you any drink or Espresso if you want. In the mornings there is a breakfast buffet and head out the door to the pool and beach area where there is another bar. The beach is perfect and clean and very European. This is my fifth time renting from Maria, she has several nice rooms at this Hotel. There are all very nice and clean and it is very quiet at night. 2 miles away is La Cabrera, an Argentinian Steak House which is the best restaurant I have found in the area. Enjoy

Nice place to stay

The unit was included everything as described, the AC in our unit didn’t work very well. And the carpet is getting a little dated. The views to us are amazing if you look left or right you see either tue beach 🏖️ or the ICW. It was easy to check in but the host didn’t always reply right away which was a bit unsettling as originally we were unsure of the check in process. The wait staff tried to keep up but many times were unable to keep up. Special thanks to Alex in the bar she was amazing. Overall it was a good experience. The beach and the water are amazing and you can always get a chair.

Stay at Marenas Ocean View apartment.

Our Stay ended up ok but did not start that way. We arrived very late and they ended up giving us a room on the fifth floor next to construction and basically over the lobby and looking a large cement rooftop from the balcony. The next day we were able to move at 1pm to a high room with ocean view. Unfortunately it was still next to the construction. They did accommodate us by removing the cleaning fee and sending up snacks/drinks and providing coupons for breakfast as an apology. When making the reservation it was never made aware to me that we could be given any available room and not the one shown on the vrbo ap. That would have been a high room not next to the construction as seen by the pictures. This really needs to be explained, otherwise to me it seems like a bait and switch. I was able to talk to the owner and he was sympathetic. I would have liked my first night refunded but was told since we stayed there, that could not occur. On a positive, the room was very nice and clean and right on the ocean. Close to a Publix. Do not stay unless you know you’re not by the construction. They start very early and work late and it is loud. Make sure you the floor and location before you book!!!! Maybe a call to the owner ahead of time could confirm it - if we had known there was no set room, we would not have booked.

At Check in, they did not have our condo ready,. Waited about an hour in lobby. Finally to give us a hotel room. Great accès to the beach, shops and restaurants. Overall, we had a very nice vacation.
