Townhouse Near Downtown, Soccer Staidum, Melrose - 8th AVe* The Wells is located 4 miles from the Broadway strip and walking Distance to 8th Ave making this property's location convenient for the Nashville experience. 2 Full bathrooms, one en-suite in Primary Bedroom. 2 QUEEN BEDS. 1 QUEEN Sleeper sofa in Living Room or Blow up queen mattress. 2 parking spaces are provided. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy, relax, drink coffee. PERMIT# 2025-03-15-626

The Space:
- The property is located less than 4 miles from Downtown Lower Broadway, and 7 miles from Nashville International Airport (BNA).
- The 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit has 1 queen sized bed in each bedroom as well as a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room or queen air mattress.
- The kitchen is fully outfitted with stove and oven, microwave, regular coffee pot & toaster. We do not provide pantry items. Coffee is provided.
- There is a washer and dryer along with some detergent pods for your convenience.
- Each unit includes two free parking spaces.
- Linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soaps are provided.
- Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish pods are provided for your stay. We do not replenish these items during longer stays.

Guest Access:
Guest will have full access to the entire townhouse. Please double check your unit number in your check in instructions with the unit number on the building. Private Parking lot shared with four other rentals. Small outdoor space, with some seating provided. All linens on beds, pillows, towels, washcloths, provided. Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, silverware, utensiles, pots, pans, small and large appliances. Washer Dryer is for guest use. Each guest will be provided with toilet paper, paper towels, and travel amenities. For longer stays, we suggest a grocery run. Walgreens, Kroger, Publix , Walmart are all within a mile or two of the property. Instacart and Doordash are very quick to deliver groceries.

The Neighborhood:
Berry Hill is a city within a city. Surrounded on all sides by Metro Nashville, Berry Hill is a quiet 2 square miles filled with restaurants and over 40 recording studios. Many of the recording studios have fantastic murals. It's worth a walk around the block!

Spring Break 2024

We brought a 14 & 12 yr to Nashville for a spring break trip. The location was excellent for visiting all of the spots we wanted to see with great local options for breakfast, lunch & dinner. The unit was very clean and perfect for our family.

Comfortable Accommodations

The home is well-appointed and very clean, with ample parking. It is conveniently located to downtown Nashville and expressways to the surrounding area. HOWEVER, we did not find it to be a walkable neighborhood, as described in the listing and other reviews. The home backs up to the expressway so can be noisy. Guests should be aware that there is very little free street parking in downtown Nashville or the close-in neighborhoods, and most lots are a minimum of $10/hour. In fairness, there is a nearby bus which we did not use. The neighborhood did not seem safe for walking after dark as there are no sidewalks on the main streets.

Convenient Stay

We were dropping our daughter off at college and staying a few days to help get her settled in. A hotel isn't ideal for spending time together so this was just what we needed. It was convenient, spacious, and very accommodating.

Soccer Game - Geodis Park

Wonderful stay! Clean property and exactly as advertised. We had an overnight stay because we were attending the USA vs. Ghana soccer match. Property was super close to Geodis park, which made it easy to walk to. Definitely would recommend staying here. Also, convenient to downtown Nashville and host was very responsive to messages.

Really excellent!

I’ve stayed at quite a few rental houses but this was one of the best. Very clean, comfortable and well located. Nice little touches too like headboard lighting and trays on the nightstand for my jewelry. Communication was wonderful and access was a breeze. Highly recommend!

Great Location for A GEODIS Event

We went to a concert at the Geodis. If you can Imagine 30,000 people exiting out pretty much one direction. Yes it was chaos. People couldn't get uber's. We were so glad we had rented the condo because it was an easy walk to and from the Geodis. It was also easy to get ubers to broadway. The owner was fast at responding. Would rent again. Great Place

Graduation Getaway

I’m in Nashville often with my job, but we needed a more family-esque vibe this time around, and it was fantastic. From the chalk art to the mug shots on the walls and multiple amenities, this had everything we needed. One of the few times the actual place was better than the photos that represented it. Very pleased!
