Maison de luxe de 2 étages, balcon au deuxième étage, à quelques minutes du centre-ville. Grands groupes!

Merci de vous être intéressé à ma maison. Au cours des deux dernières années, j'ai géré six propriétés 5 étoiles ici à Nashville et maintenant je commence la mienne! En tant que super hôte précédent, je garantis à mes clients la meilleure expérience possible.

Cette toute nouvelle maison moderne est un 2 étages avec 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain complètes, avec tous les planchers de bois franc, 12 'et 9' plafonds partout et un plan d'étage ouvert en bas.

Un spacieux salon en bas vous accueille. Profitez d'un grand canapé sectionnel à 3 côtés confortable, tout en regardant un téléviseur LG 4K de 60 pouces avec YouTube TV pour regarder votre chaîne régulière et Roku pour Netflix et plus encore.

Préparez vos plats et boissons sur l'îlot 12 'de la cuisine. La cuisine a des tabourets de bar, un micro-ondes, une cuisinière, une cafetière Keurig, un four grille-pain et un lave-vaisselle.

Le premier étage offre également une chambre arrière avec un lit queen-size confortable et une salle de bain complète et une douche.

À l'étage se trouve votre chambre principale avec un meuble-lavabo double, une grande douche à l'italienne, un dressing, des toilettes séparées et une terrasse avec balcon. Une deuxième chambre pour 4 personnes avec un lit superposé Queen avec salle de bain complète et douche.

Pour tous les besoins de buanderie pendant votre séjour, vous avez une nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse Maytag, située dans la salle de lavage à l'étage.

Grillez sur un gril à gaz KitchenAid et détendez-vous autour de la grande table de terrasse, qui peut accueillir 8 personnes et il y a 2 chaises longues supplémentaires.

L'arrière-cour est clôturée en toute sécurité avec une porte arrière et un parking pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 2 véhicules.

Pour récapituler la proximité immédiate de la maison avec les points chauds de Nashville, vous êtes à environ 5 km du centre-ville, du centre-ville, du Gulch, du 12th South branché et de tous les meilleurs restaurants, la Bridgestone Arena, The Nations, Vanderbilt et Belmont. Vous êtes à environ 18 minutes de et vers l'aéroport, un voyage interétatique facile.

Vous pouvez voyager sans tracas, rapidement et à moindre coût vers toutes les destinations et lieux de vie nocturne les plus populaires de Nashville.

Perfect for a Bachelorette!

This home was the perfect spot for our 7 person trip. It was so easy to get to Broadway and the Gulch area, had plenty of space for our group, and enough bathroom space so that everyone could comfortably get ready. The host was so accomodating and worked with us to arrange early check in since our flight was in the morning. We could not have asked for a better experience!

Could have had more comfort

I rated this 3 stars for several reasons. The house itself is very beautiful and clean ,but the downfalls I had with it was the downstairs living room sectional was not comfortable at all and way to low for someone who is older and has a hard time getting up from seating. The other issue was there was no comfortable chairs to even sit on to eat or just relax in the kitchen. Not everyone is fond of barstools especially metal ones. And my last issue was that it was noisy each night while trying to sleep especially one of the neighbors their car alarm constantly was going off all hours into the morning. I’m not sure if they were people who actually live there or were like us vacationers. But it was annoying to say the least.

Thanks for your opinions. I can’t help that someone’s car alarm randomly went off at the time of your stay, that is no reason to ding my property. And the entire home is photographed including the furniture so you knew what was waiting for you upon arrival. The couch is a very nice comfy couch that I have had nothing but compliments on. Sorry you don’t approve but feel free to stay any time. Thanks again for staying.

Great home

Really nice place to stay. There are 3 rooms and they are separate from each other so you have plenty of privacy and they have their own bathrooms. The location makes it easy to get everywhere in Nashville. I would say the neighborhood is okay, not the best and not the worst. But for the price this place was great.

Nice house but showing some wear

This is a nice house in what appears to be a transitional neighborhood. Great proximity to downtown. The master bath is especially nice. The home needs a fresh coat of paint and some general touch ups from renters’ wear and tear, no doubt. Bed blankets in the closet need to be washed. Communication, check in etc was excellent.

Great stay, close to Nashville

My son had his bachelor party here! Great house with plenty of room. It was a 10 minute drive to downown Nashville and right off the expressway. My son and his friends raved about the accomodations and said they would rent again without hesitation. The area is not highly desirable but the closeness to downtown Nashville and the accomodations make it worth it. Gavin was easy to work with and responded within minutes to questions and concerns. The check in and check out process was as easy as can be.

Weekend Getaway - Bachelorette my daughter

We walked in to this immaculate house. It was super clean and had all the amenities that were described on VRBO. The only issue we had was the bottom freezer door would not shut all the way. Big chunk of ice in the bottom. They were getting it repaired on that following Tuesday. I had messaged the host about the issue and he responded right away. The host always responded to my messages if I had any issues or questions. I would highly recommend this house. The location to main drag was really close. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Gavin was easy to get ahold of when we needed help with things. House was nice and looks like the pictures. Only thing I'd say the bunk bed might not be a good choice for an adult to sleep on..we ended up using the couch in main bedroom for an extra bed. Great location and easy to get to from interstate and downtown. My group had a great time and so many memories were made!

Wonderful for Bachelorette Parties!

We stayed here in a group of 10 in April for a bachelorette party, and it was the perfect place for us! Great areas for gathering, eating, decorating. Plenty of space to store food. Everyone had room to chill or hang out.

This is a perfect vacation spot for bigger groups!

My friends and I stayed here during our spring break and it was super clean and spacious for all of us. It is only 10ish minutes from all the best spots (including Broadway). Definitely would stay here again if we come back in town!!!

New modern build. Right next to the interstate allowing quick access to literally everything in the city. Beautiful cozy architecture and decor. Area is growing.

Most larger homes have a half bath for the third bathroom. My home has 3 spacious bedrooms, with walk in closets, and 3 spacious bathrooms. Very large open kitchen/living room flow. Great common area and it sits on its own lot. No shared walls or duplex-like setup.
