Enjoy your own apartment in the US Virgin Islands. You will be staying in a walk-up one bedroom, one bath unit with full kitchen, living and dining areas. Our quiet residential neighborhood is centrally located in the hills of St. Thomas; 11 minutes to/ from the airport and downtown seaports. There are an assortment of tourist attractions, beaches, gift shops and restaurants located nearby and downtown Charlotte Amalie.

The KITCHEN is equipped with essential appliances and complimentary seasonings for your culinary delights.

The LIVING/ DINING is furnished with a queen sofa bed for 2, smart TV, dining table and work desk.

The BEDROOM is furnished with a king bed, side tables, dresser and smart TV. The closet is stocked with extra towels including beach towels, iron and ironing board, first aid kit and beach toys for kids or the kid in you and an ice cooler.

Guest are advised to secure a vehicle or arrange taxi pick-up from the air or seaports. One vehicle parking space is reserved for your unit in our off-street parking lot. There are no public transportation serving this area, however we are on a main tour route and accessible by Taxi and rental vehicles.

Gem on the Hill

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay at this place. It’s in a quiet location on the hill. The view was phenomenal. The place is clean with lots of amenities. Our host was attentive and always there when needed. We had a special request and the host was very kind in responding. I would visit there again.

Amazing view

The Fleming’s were very gracious and always made sure we had everything we needed. The view of St Thomas was amazing, especially with morning coffee. All are needs were met and can’t think of anything we were missing. Thanks again!

The location had a wonderful view and had everything we needed for a brief, two night stay in St. Thomas. The host has a virtual guidebook that had tons of information and was good to have before and during our stay! The electronic lock worked flawlessly and the King bed was very comfortable, the jug of water in the fridge was a nice touch and having a Keurig for a cup of coffee each morning was nice. The two sling chairs and two beach towels was a nice extra perk. The AC units kept us nice and cool. It was also good to have a small area off the road to park our rental car. Thanks Alan and Antoinette for a great stay!
