Enjoy your own apartment in the US Virgin Islands overlooking Crown Bay Harbor, Cyril E. King Airport and the Caribbean Sea. You will be staying in a one bedroom, one bath unit with full kitchen, living and dining areas. Enjoy the ocean and sunset from the covered patio.


The KITCHEN is equipped with essential appliances and complimentary seasonings for your culinary delights.

The LIVING/ DINING is furnished with a queen sofa bed for 2, smart TV, dining table and work desk.

The BEDROOM is furnished with a king bed, side tables, dresser and smart TV. The closet is stocked with extra towels including beach towels, iron and ironing board, first aid kit and beach toys for kids or the kid in you and an ice cooler.

Guest are advised to secure a vehicle or arrange taxi pick-up from the air or seaports. One vehicle parking space is reserved for your unit in our off-street parking lot. There are no public transportation serving this area, however we are on a main tour route and accessible by Taxi and rental vehicles.

We enjoyed our stay here in St Thomas. We very much appreciated the FLAT parking spot provided. The host was very responsive when we had questions.

We stayed for two nights during a quick visit to the island. The location is great-very close to the airport and restaurants but feels private and away from the tourist zone. View is lovely and the area is quiet. Wi-fi worked perfectly, the apartment was clean, we didn't have any power issues, and the bed was comfortable. The AC units really do the job and having a safe place to park our vehicle was an absolute must. Alan provided a very detailed, helpful manual to both the apartment, the surrounding area and the island itself. Check-in instructions were clear, communication was fast and easy and the location was easy to find with Alan's GPS directions.

Great! The listing mentioned there being Laundry in the unit, but that wasn't the case. Alan let me use his own personal laundry unit to take care of that for me, which I thought was very courteous. Only real complaint was that this is off a road that can be a little busy, so you're hearing some noise of cars passing while at home - and the water pressure of the shower wasn't amazing. Other than that, the place was great.

Our family had a great stay at Passion Fruit apartment during our vacation in St. Thomas. The unit has an amazing view and we were able to enjoy fresh tropical fruit right from the garden. We were conveniently located just a few minutes from Charlotte Amalie. And the unit had everything we needed, even beach toys (which the kids loved). We would definitely stay again.

Excellent value, excellent stay

Alan and Antoinette were excellent hosts at the Passion Fruit in Solberg. The unit was comfortable, clean, and had everything that we needed for a 10 day stay in St. Thomas. Our trip was a mix of work a vacation. The WiFi was fast and functional 100% of the time. The view from the balcony was one of the best on island and a key memory from our stay. I would 100% stay at this property again if presented the opportunity. The hosts were responsive and proactive to all of our needs during our stay.
