Beautiful Waterfront Condo on Lake Sinclair!

Come and stay in our beautifully decorated 1,900 sq ft waterfront condo (a.k.a The Bunkhouse) on Lake Sinclair! It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a balcony over-looking the lake, laundry room, open floor plan, and access to the private community pool.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom. Guest room 1 has a queen size bed with pull-out sofa, while Guest room 2 has full-size bunks and a twin day bed. A full Jack and Jill bathroom connects the two guest bedrooms.

The main living area is a large open space with beautiful views of the lake. The living room has a 65 inch Android TV with apps such as Netflix, Amazon prime, YouTube, etc.

Off of the living room and master bedroom is a good size balcony with outdoor seating and an electric grill. Perfect for dining outside or just relaxing!

This condo is on the 3rd floor, giving the best views of the lake! There is an elevator right outside the front door, giving you easy access to get outside.

Docks are available for use on a first come, first serve basis. Bring your own boat or rent one from the local marina! There is a small beach area right outside the condo and ample room to swim or fish on the edge of the lake.

Just a 25 minute drive (5 min boat ride) to Milledgeville, with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and historic sites to visit. Located about 30 minutes to downtown Sparta, an hour and 15 minutes to downtown Atlanta, and an hour and 45 minutes to Augusta.
