This is our family's vacation home, and we think it's great!

Spacious home on quiet deep-water cove, great for swimming. Put your boat in just .2 mile away & dock it here. Ample outdoor space, with 3 decks & terraced yard. Eat on the screened-in porch. Grill out for dinner. HUGE master w/ door to a deck. Enormous kitchen. Two additional bedrooms & large rec room w/ two twin beds. Double lot feels very private, but you're close to everything! 2 min to Dollar Gen; 6 min to Kroger; 8 to downtown.

GCSU Deep Roots Weekend

Very nice property!

This property fit our needs very well! We were in town for our daughter's wedding and it was nice to come back to it have a couple of long days. The home was well maintained and very clean. And the decks and lake views were fantastic! 💗

Thanksgiving Getaway

We enjoyed our stay during the Thanksgiving holiday. The house is on a dead end road so there is not a lot of traffic which is great if you have kids with you, yet it is only a 6 minute drive to the nearest grocery store. The kids enjoyed the dock, kayaking, and the property is located on a cove so there wasn’t any boat traffic while kayaking with the kids!

Family getaway

The house was as described, well stocked and clean. Great fishing off the dock and enjoyed using the kayaks. Master bed was so comfortable that I messaged the owner to find the brand. Another great thing

Great Lakehouse!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house had plenty of space for spreading out, and the kitchen was large and well-stocked. The house was also very clean so it was easy to relax. The screened in porch was our favorite spot, and it had a pretty view with great shade. Our teenagers enjoyed the kayak also! The owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

14th birthday trip

We had an amazing stay at this home! It was in a perfect location on the lake and also close to grocery stores and Milledgeville. The house is spacious and had everything that we needed! We were celebrating my daughter’s 14th birthday and had six teenagers with us and there was plenty of room for us all to spread out. We hope to come back for a longer stay soon.

Spacious comfortable lake house

The house has a great layout, lots of outdoor space and right on the beautiful lake. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Milledgeville is a cute town but you can just relax at the house. There was a full world book encyclopedia and decades of yearbooks - loved it! I could show my adult son the "google" I used growing up.

Family Vacation

House is located in a beautiful part of the lake. House is very large so we had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Kitchen appliances are high end, very nice and kitchen is large. Only negative, that was not an issue for us, was listing shows 3 baths and it is actually 2 1/2. Would definitely use this house again.

Simply Amazing

This place is so peaceful! Beautiful views from all the decks, but our favorite was hanging out right on the dock! My brother had a blast fishing for catfish. We loved the screened porch and the game room. And the kitchen is HUGE, and has really nice appliances. Beds were comfortable. The house is older, but well made, and we loved having everyone on the same floor. Town is only 10 minutes away, and has everything you need. Montgomery was really responsive. Great trip!

Just ok

Host was nice and very quick to respond, but for the price we were extremely underwhelmed by the property. Dingy, poor quality linens and towels, very dated, and not very clean. Luckily we were only sleeping there over the holiday, but it was very overpriced for what it was.

My name is Montgomery. I'm originally from Florida but found myself relatively far away from the ocean. To help sooth my longing for the water, I opted to buy a lake house for my family to use. When I'm not on the water, I love to see live music and to travel. I hope you'll enjoy our family's vacation home as much as we do.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Lakefront on deep water and with 2700 square feet of indoor living space, a 400 square foot screened porch, plus 3 decks and a large yard, this house is both a relaxation haven and a water-sports dream. It has a split-bedroom floor plan, with an enormous master suite (over 600 sq ft!) on one side of the house and two bedrooms and a rec room on the other side. Rec room has twin trundle beds.

The master includes a large walk-in closet and two-room bath. Plenty of room in the master for travel cribs or blow-up mattresses, if you want to have small ones close by.

The huge kitchen is located centrally, making it a great gathering point. With plenty of counter space and a commercial-grade range, it's perfect for making family meals.

Three flatscreen TVs and excellent wifi allow your group to enjoy a variety of your streaming choices simultaneously. (No cable or satellite.) TVs are located in the living room, rec room, and master BR.

And the outdoor space! You can choose from a screened-in porch, covered grilling area, three decks, a terraced yard, and the dock. Deep water (10+ feet) allows jumping off the dock, but you can also walk into the water with a staircase. Be careful because the stairs can be slippery!

Lots of parking - room in the driveway and carport for at least four cars.

One of the best things about this property is that it feels very private, but you are minutes to groceries and restaurants, including the acclaimed Aubri Lane's at the Club at Lake Sinclair.
