Featuring stunning original architectural features, fully stocked with modern amenities, and in an unbeatable, safe location, our home is perfect for families, large groups, and companies coming to town on business who seek only the best of the Storied Garden City.

- All beds feature Tempurpedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens.

Guest Access:
The entire home is for your exclusive use. Please note there is no internal access point between the first floor and the second floor, additionally the single bed in bedroom 1 is a rollaway bed that can be moved to suit your needs.

Located in the historic West Victorian District, our home is situated to provide you easy access to the vibrant restaurant, arts, and music scene of Savannah. Take a stroll to Forsyth Park (just a block away!), check out the SCAD Museum of Art, or spend the day shopping and dining along the riverfront.

All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.

Getting Around:
Our home is located in central Savannah which makes it easy to get around. We are within walking distance to SCAD (10 mins) and other area landmarks. Uber is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets.

-We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. 
-We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.  
-We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. 
-Pets are not allowed at this property. 
-Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.
-We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Interaction with Guests:
You will have complete privacy here. Every question you ask or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. The home has been outfitted with a state of the art digital entry system, entry is keyless, meaning there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
