Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened-in porch before taking the family dogs down to the water for an afternoon of sun and sand. When it's time to call it an evening, you'll have three well-appointed bedrooms to enjoy, and there's nothing like savoring an evening wine on the deck with good friends. The private washer/dryer will make it easy to keep everyone's clothes nice and clean, and the free WiFi is great for researching a new beach adventure or downloading a favorite playlist to your device.

What a darling house! Exceptionally clean when we arrived, the check-in and checkout procedures were super easy, communication was clear and timely, and the beds were by far the most comfortable of any rental house I have ever used. The location was idyllic, just a short walk to the beach. It was close enough that my 80 year old parents were able to do it. We could see and hear the ocean from the screened porch.

We arrived to the house on a Sunday and it smelled bad. I found out fish had been broiled and the whole house stunk. When we turned the heater on, the smell increased 10 fold. I called Vacasa the next morning and they promised someone would call or stop by. No one ever did. I found out that my messages had " gone to corporate, where I talked to Johnathon, no one local had received my messages. This company is terrible, they didn't know anything about this house, I called to see if beach chairs were there-they said no, but I could rent some....( they have chairs), beach toys, etc. "Small" things about this property should have been disclosed. The yard looks fenced in pictures- it isn't. The stairs are incredibly steep leading to two bedrooms upstairs. NOT SUITABLE FOR KIDS!!!!Lastly, the amenities that are usually found: spices, napkins, foil, baggies in a kitchen in a rental were not there. Cute house, but find one with the other company. EDISTO RENTALS.

We did not have pets. Could have used a couple more towels. We appreciated the umbrella. Short walk to the beach. The home was nicely decorated. Quiet neighborhood. A great stay.

Stay was wonderful. Enjoyed it immensely. House is lovely. Would definitely stay again. The only thing cleaniness wise is that there was a cup filled with coffee in the microwave when we arrived.

Nice place! Has everything you need. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes.Along with towles, the bathroom has shamoo, conditioner and a blow dryer. I loved the little extra TV room that had games and a sitting area.This house has an enormous deck and several outdoor lounge chairs. Laundry room has several beach items too.We walked to beach which was less than a10 minute walk.

Great location

Loved the location, so quiet. Enjoyed screened in porch. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Comfy reclining sofa , plenty of seating for 4 people. Downstairs shower really nice . Upstairs bathroom had no blind , notified rental company

Beautiful home with great view

This is a beautiful home with comfortable beds and views. If we were to have had more guests than 4 or 5 it would not have been big enough for all of us to visit together in the living room. The deck is fantastic though. The house is updated and very comfortable.

The house was perfect for just the two of us. It was very clean, had everything we needed - well stocked kitchen, toiletries, linens, games, wifi, comfortable beds, good pressure in the shower etc - and the process from check-in to check-out went very smoothly. The receptionist at Vacasa was very nice and made our day. Lovely house! Thanks for sharing it with us.

Great home and fantastic service from property management

The house was perfect, and was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation rental. The house was clean, fully stocked, and extremely comfortable. The property management company responded quickly to our questions that we asked prior to our stay, and reached out when we checked in, during our stay, and at the end, just to make sure that everything was going well. The drive-thru check-in at Vacasa also made the check-in process easy, which was especially important because we were traveling with our pet. We would highly recommend both All Decked Out and Vacasa to anyone looking for a vacation rental on Edisto.

Edisto beach

We had a great time.. Only one thing. Babies don't like to be showered and we couldn't close the tub. The plug is old and damaged, so we had to wash them in the kitchen sink. Overall, a good experience. Probably will use again when in the neighbourhood

Great weekend get-away

Had a great weekend at All Decked Out in Edisto Beach. The cottage is adorably furnished and the kitchen is nicely stocked. We enjoyed using the beach umbrella, outdoor shower and charcoal grill. It's an easy walk to and from the beach where we enjoyed two glorious days. We have fond memories of our first visit to Edisto Beach!
