This beautiful home is the perfect place for your beach vacation getaway on Edisto Island. The house is located on Edisto's popular jungle road. You will be centrally located near everything Edisto has to offer. This spacious 4 bedroom room 3 bath beach house is great for large groups or big families. This home offers you everything you need during your stay in Edisto. Large rooms, open floor plan, high vaulted ceilings, fully equipt kitchen and dining space for the whole family to gather around. This home is newly painted and decorated. Included is local art, new fans, and light fixtures. Not only will you be comfortable but you will be vacationing with style.

**We provide linens for every bed, a set of towels and beach towels for each guest.

My sisters and I loved this home! We were able to walk to restaurants, shops, and beach. I think we moved our car one time over 3 days! The screened porch was where we spent all of our time from the first cup of coffee of the day to the last laugh of the evening. It was exactly what we needed! Thank you for providing such a comfortable home for some much needed relaxation.

This was our 3rd year staying at Two Buoys. The house is very clean and well stocked. Easy walk to beach, ice cream & restaurants. Our favorite part is sitting on the screened back porch in the evening.

This house was a perfect space. Walking in it’s very clean and open. My family really enjoyed hanging out on the back porch and using the basketball goal. It’s also walking distance to shops and restaurants. We had a peaceful stay and made lots of great memories with our family. Would love the opportunity to come back in the future.

The property was clean and well-kept, the location was really convenient for hauling beach supplies for the day, and the home was nicely prepared with linens, cookware/dishes, basic supplies, and a nice welcome basket. Our favorite place was the screened in porch for morning coffee and birdwatching and evening family dinners!

House and location were good. However, my two messages and one phone call to manager, before we arrived, were unanswered. There is not a shower head in the queen bedroom bathroom. Just a wand that will not stay attached. This is the reason for 4 stars.

A great house, maximized layout

The house is great, they maximized the space for bedrooms which is really nice. Awesome screened in back porch that I really liked. And they have a great amount of cups and plates (glass and plastic) 
. A great home for families.

Crafting Weekend

We are a group of four couples who are long time friends. This house was perfect for us! 4 bedrooms that afforded each couple the opportunity for privacy, but a great open concept living/dining/kitchen area, that accommodated all without feeling crowded. The outdoor spaces were many and very comfortable and inviting. We would happily stay again!

Great Home Close to Everything

My friends and I did our annual girls' trip here and had a great time. The house was the perfect size for the four of us to stay. We loved the back screened in porch and were able to walk to the beach and up to a few shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend!

Great time!

The property was great - clean, modern and spacious. Our crew LOVED the back screened in porch. We drank our coffee out there each morning. It was our first trip to Edisto, and we will be back!

Amazing stay!

We loved our visit! The outside space is fabulous and gave us a great place to unwind together. The decorations are so cute and the beds are comfortable. Beach is super close and a very easy walk. Would definitely recommend and hope we can come back!

Details Matter

The home was clean and well organized upon arrival. It was also a convenient walk to the beach and comfortably large for eight of us. The kitchen location is a good social area while cooking. However, there were minor issues that plagued our group from the start that made the rental not worth its cost. 1 - The shower heads in both rooms with bathrooms were damaged. One had no holder on the wall and just dangled in the shower. The other in the master bathroom was broken as well. Someone had taped it with paper medical tape, and it dissolved and fell off the mount during our stay. 2 - The washcloth holder in the master shower also fell out of the wall during a shower. The mount on the left side did not appear to be anchoring it in the wall. 3 - The spare and bunkbed bathroom tube did not drain well. 4 - The shower under the back porch downstairs had a broken latch. 5 - The latch on the downstairs screen porch front right door was broken. 6 - The TV in the non-master room with porch access was not operational. 7 - All dishes used were greasy. We had to wash everything we use. Some of the casserole dishes still had crusted food on them. 8 - The grill had not been cleaned before we arrived. 9 - owner didn’t keep their word on a small refund due to the condition of the home. This refund was not requested but offered, then the owner went silent.

Great family vacation house

This house turned out to be even better than expected - the layout was ideal for a mix of child-havers and non, with two bedrooms on one side that each had their own bathroom, and two on the other side (one with bunk beds) sharing a larger bathroom. The common areas were all super comfortable for socializing, with both indoor and outdoor tables big enough to eat at. We especially loved the big screened in porch with comfy couches and a big dining table. Hosts were friendly and quick to respond to questions. We would absolutely stay here again!

The youngest of us was78. We needed a slip mat in the tub and could have used some grab bars.

The master bedroom needed a chest of drawers. We could not unpack our suitcases. The house was very comfortable,. Edisto Island is beautiful.

Great Long Weekend in Edisto

The back balcony was amazing to sit and talk or play games. This house is perfect for a big group. This is my 3rd trip to Edisto, but this time we chose the location because my niece was coming from Tampa and we were all coming from Charlotte. The house was perfect. We put the kids to bed and were able to play cards and games without disturbing them. We visited Botany Bay and walked around the beach and island. On the way down we stopped in Charleston. Overall it was a great time with wonderful memories.

Great house in Edisto Beach

This was a great place to stay. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch in the back. Very private, altho within walking distance of good eating ( went to Sea Cow three times). “Steps from the beach” turned out to be two and a half blocks, not a problem for us, but not exactly what we expected. Overall great.

This property screams location, location, location! Being centrally located. This house is just a stone's throw from several local restaurants, bike shops, and retail stores. If you are looking for a tasty breakfast you can just walk across the street to the Sea Cow Eatery, for local seafood you can walk next door to the Waterfront Restaurant, for southern finger-licking BBQ and a water view you head down to the marina to the Briny Swine.

Ask us about discounts on Boat tours, Kayaking Tours, Paddle Boarding tours, Surf Lessons, Boat Charters, and/or recommendations at restaurants. Please let us know if it is a special occasion or you are celebrating.

If you are looking for entertainment you can migrate door stairs where there is a life-size connect four, a basketball goal, corn hole many more games for entertainment for all ages.

Edisto is one of South Carolina's most popular sea islands. A vast stretch of beach, bustling with native wildlife like dolphins, sea birds, and deer. If you enjoy nature this is the place for you. You can take advantage of the nature bike trail located all around the island.

Health and safety are our number one concern for our guests and staff. We are proud to commit to bringing a safe and clean environment for each of our Guests. In response to the Covid-19 Pandemic, we have increased our cleaning standards in accordance with the Center for Disease Control and adopted a new enhanced cleaning protocol to stop the spread of any germs among guests.
