If you are looking for a tasty breakfast you can just walk across the street to the Sea Cow Eatery, for local seafood you can walk next door to the Waterfront Restaurant, for southern finger-licking BBQ and a water view you head down to the marina to the Briny Swine.

If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Edisto Beach is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and/or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Edisto, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

This house offers more than just a comfy and cozy place to rest your head. When you aren't soaking up the sun at the beach or catching waves. You can relax and hang out on the large screened-in back porch balcony. You can curl up on the large circular outdoor couch with a book or take a snooze. If you are looking for entertainment you can migrate door stairs where there is a life-size connect four, a basketball goal, corn hole many more games for entertainment for all ages.

Edisto is one of South Carolina's most popular sea islands. A vast stretch of beach, bustling with native wildlife like dolphins, sea birds, and deer. If you enjoy nature this is the place for you. You can take advantage of the nature bike trail located all around the island.

Health and safety are our number one concern for our guests and staff. We are proud to commit to bringing a safe and clean environment for each of our Guests. In response to the Covid-19 Pandemic, we have increased our cleaning standards in accordance with the Center for Disease Control and adopted a new enhanced cleaning protocol to stop the spread of any germs among guests.
