Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Awesome Home

This is the second time we’ve rented Shorely Blessed. Tucked away, but still an easy walk to the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Will stay there again.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. We try to get together at Edisto every year as a family (living in different states-so it’s hard) We loved the spacious rooms. My favorite space was the back porch and large oak. Thanks again!

Cozy beach home

So much room to spread out, beds were great. Short walk to beach. Kids loved the basketball goal and used it on a rainy day especially. The decor is absolutely beautiful. Kitchen is equipped for cooking large family meals with anything you may need.

Shorely Blessed

Excellent home for a large family or couples. Our family of 11 had plenty of room to enjoy our vacation. Everyone had their own bedroom and private bath. Home is on a no outlet cul-de- sac so there is not much traffic. The home is located about 5 minutes walk from the beach access. We grilled out every night on the grill with propane tank provided. The huge pantry helped with keeping all the items we brought off the kitchen counter. There are an abundance of pots, pans, and dishes. We will stay in this home again next summer. Our only complaint...we wished the home had an elevator from bottom level to first floor, but that doesn't keep us from staying again. The young grandchildren enjoyed seeing the deer on the property and enjoyed eating on the screened in porch and the upstairs den area. We also wished it had a punch code entry so we didn't have to pick up key from the rental agency and keep up with key, but that small complaint still doesn't keep us from renting this home again. We felt " Shorely Blessed" staying in this location on Edisto Island.

An awesome home

We spend Labor Day Weekend in Edisto every year with several families. We all agreed that this was one of the nicest houses we have ever had. On top, the supplies that are provided (soaps, towels, pots/pans, grill) make it easy to bring your clothes, put food and your favorite beverage in the fridge, and enjoy the good life!

Perfect for a large family!

Ability to have some privacy was great, especially with all the bedrooms having a bathroom inside except one which was right next to it in the hallway. The great room was exceptional and the kitchen was well stocked. The decor was beautiful and perfect for a beach house.

Perfect Vacation!

The house is so beautiful, clean, comfortable and laid out to make it easy for a large (or small) party. It has a spacious upstairs, great for kids and teenagers. Both porches are large and cool during the day, and the ground level is great for gathering and for kids to play. The walk to the beach is short and it's not crowded. Very close to gift shops, groceries, restaurants and coffee shop. You will enjoy!

Shorely Blessed is a BLESSING for all who are lucky enough to stay there!

The space is beautifully appointed, lots of room to spread out.! If people need separation, there are lots of places to hang out, from the screened in porch, big family room, underneath on carport or even upstairs in the second den area. Easy, easy access to the beach too!

Great week with the family

The house was amazing. Very clean and well stocked with linen and equipment (cooking, cleaning, and grilling). Had plenty of room and everyone really enjoyed being able to have family time watching movies, cooking or just hanging out. Will be coming back. Thoroughly enjoyed all the perks of this house.

Perfect for a quiet family gathering

After being forced to cancel our annual gathering in 2020, we were all very excited about our 2021 trip. Stare-Gazing was a perfect destination for us. Everything was very clean and well stocked. The house is very solid and the little ones could sleep while the adults played cards. We've been doing this family trip annually for over 20 years and Stare-Gazing was the best house we have stayed in. We would absolutely love to return.
