Luxury 5 Bedroom Desert Retreat Sleeps 12 Hot Tub

This spacious 4,400 sq. ft. layout with open floor plan features a compete upstairs and backyard remodel. Large kitchen , dining areas, living room, master bathroom, den and patio with BBQ grille. Downstairs you will find three guest bedrooms or should I say GUEST SUITES with lots of space. Also, downstairs there are two bathrooms and access to the outdoor area. The backyard is equipped with a luxurious jacuzzi for 8 people , built-in gas firepit, putting green, ping pong table & corn hole.

This home is perfect for two families or a group of golfers. The master bedroom is so large that it features another living room. The largest of the bedrooms downstairs also features its own bathroom with double vanities and living space with couch and TV. The other two bedrooms downstairs are actually spacious two room suites.

Easy access to home with garage and driveway for 4 vehicles.

Joel Schafer, Host lives local and is available.

Residential Neighborhood. No events or parties. It is expected that you respect quiet hours from 10pm - 8am and be respectful at all times.

Great Holiday Experience

We rented over Christmas to bring extended family together from out of state and it was nicely decorated for the holiday. The owner was amazing, very responsive, and checked in to make sure our stay met expectations. The property was very clean and spacious with great amenities/activities for the entire family. We had a great time and would certainly recommend this property to others.

Excellent extended family rental house

The house was clean & spacious,stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, and had a backyard full of activities to keep everyone occupied. The location was also very convenient-easy access off the main road, yet in a quiet neighborhood setting. And, we especially appreciated that the house was tastefully decorated for Christmas while we were there over the holidays. In almost every way the house was better than advertised. The only thing different than expected was that the one twin bed described as in the den was actually part of the master suite. This was not bad, just not as described, and we were able to rearrange our sleeping plan to suit us. Thank you, Joel!

Best VRBO experience!!

We recently stayed at Joel's beautiful home in Fountain Hills, AZ. We were in town for a family wedding in N Scottsdale, so the location was perfect. Just a short drive to the local grocery store, Fry's, and easy access to anything else you might need. There were 12 of us, 3 families in all with 4 teenagers 17 and under. The home is very large with all of the bedrooms downstairs except the master; it also has a small den on one side of the room with a daybed/trundle (described as 5th bedroom - with no separation from master) and that is open to a covered patio that overlooks the mountains - this quickly became our coffee spot! The 2nd master downstairs is very large and is the main door for accessing the back patio. All rooms were very spacious and the accommodations covered everything from extra pillows/blankets to everything you will need for your stay, including paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, trash bags, etc. Every other VRBO I've rented allowed 1 or 2 of each and we were left buying additional quantities that we then left behind for the next renter. Not here - Joel has everything covered! The kitchen has all pots, pans, dishes, and even margarita and Moscow mule barware! My daughter needed an alteration for the dress she was wearing for the wedding -- they even had a pin cushion in the master bedroom stuffed with safety pins, needles, etc. There were games galore, the backyard was spectacular with the putting green, ping pong table and hot tub that all enjoyed multiple times. The day after we left, my sister realized she forgot a necklace on the bathroom counter; sure enough, Joel's cleaners found it and he had it express mailed to her! We will be back - highly impressed! Thank you for an amazing stay, Joel!

Perfect for golf trip!

The house had everything we needed for the long weekend. Lots of space for all 8 of us. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Thanksgiving in the desert!

We were able to host several of our extended family for Thanksgiving at this beautiful house. There was ample space for everyone. Lots of corn hole, putting and ping pong in the backyard and hiking nearby. Joel was very responsive and made it very easy to get everyone there. The weather was perfect as well.

Fabulous Rental

The property was clean, incredibly well supplied and perfectly laid out for entertaining and relaxing. We had a wonderful time. We used nearly all the amenities which were well organized and maintained. The kitchen was equipped perfectly. We were very happy and would stay here again!

USTA Tennis Team

The house was perfect for our tennis team (10 women). A short 12 minute drive from Scottsdale tennis center the location was very convenient. We enjoyed the great big kitchen and overall space of the house. It was easy to book and the owner very responsive.
