Great outdoor area and pool/hot tub. Kitchen and bar areas are well stocked. Centrally located to everything we wanted to do — spring training ball fields, zoo, botanical gardens, aquarium/butterfly house and train park, as well as shopping.

The house was amazing. Colin is a great host and very responsive. Perfectly located to all the different activities you will want to enjoy in Scottsdale. It was spotless, the pool was beautiful and was maintained twice during our week long stay. I would 10/10 recommend staying here as my family will be coming back.

We had such a great stay at Collin’s place! He was an excellent host — super responsive, organized, and accommodating. The house itself was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable, and there were tons of bath and pool towels, which we appreciated. The location was perfect — close to Old Town but still quiet and relaxing. We’d absolutely stay here again.

We came to shop and this house was perfect in a great location. The pool and hot tub made it relaxing after a long day of shopping. Very quiet neighborhood close to everything! Loved it and would definitely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay! This property was well-stocked and had everything we could have needed or wanted. The outdoor space was amazing! And the open living area lent itself well to relaxing nights and home-cooked meals. Would definitely stay here again!
