Newly renovated house located at Dennis Port, steps from bike path, 1 mile from downtown, less than 2 miles to the beach. This perfectly appointed rental futures 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, outdoor shower and slipping for 6. AC though the house. On main floor you will find a living-dinning area, kitchen, master bedroom, 2 bathrooms. Upstairs two more bedrooms. Outside is fully fenced backyard, siting area, grill, fire pit, outdoor shower to rinse off after a sandy day at the beach.

Check-in was easy. The code was sent in advance. The house was very clean and the AC splits were great. The kitchen was well equipped.There were no instructions regarding check-out so i texted the property manager and he got right back to me. The beds were comfortable. The only negative would be the living room sofas. They are not comfortable and do not lend themselves to hanging with family, watching a movie etc. A sectional sofa would be great and would work well. If you like to play games or cards make sure you bring them from home. The outdoor patio is great as well as the outdoor shower. The yard is fenced in and very quaint. The neighborhood is not a walkable area but very close to everything by car! Overall, we had a great time and the host has a nice home!

Our stay was lovely. The house is nicely updated. It was very buggy inside and out due to trees and foliage, so we didn’t spend as much time on the patio as we would have hoped. We didn’t receive a welcome package as others mentioned nor did we have instructions for trash, towels, etc upon leaving. The furniture served its purpose and beds were comfortable. A more family friendly living area and comfortable couch would be a nice upgrade. Overall, we were close to town and beach, and we enjoyed our stay.

Week in Cape

The property is updated, but needs some basic things to be done. The couches were not comfy and the lay out is odd. Not conducive to sitting with family and watching a movie. The Keurig didnt work which made coffee drinking difficult since we had both decaf and regular drinkers. We also had 2 ant problems. And it would have been nice for the welcome kit to provide info on house and area things. It had two pages with just wifi and trash and grill notes.

AC in every room

While the weather wasn't ideal, we had a great stay at your home. Beds were comfortable, outdoor shower is an absolute must! Bathrooms were both on ground level. Difficult for the visitors sleeping upstairs.

The property was amazing! We were so comfty cozy it truly felt like a home away from home. The Amenities were the best we've ever seen. Familytime

Upon arrival it was very welcoming, house was clean and neat they had music playing and a welcome starter bag. There are plenty of towels and sheets and amenities at hand. The property is well maintained along with an outdoor shower and very clean bbq if you want to cook. All rooms were welcoming to all guests. The bathrooms were new and decorated nicely and the master was like a spa with beautiful robes. I will say not having one shower was a bit difficult with a family. The only other thing I would have liked was a more comfortable couch for the living area to relax. Otherwise it was a lovely home and our vacation was wonderful. I would tell anyone to rent to this home.

An Elegant Stay in a Beach Town

This rental was all it promised to be from the listing. Tucked away in Dennis Port, we had a lovely stay. Close enough to all we wanted to do, but off the main drag for a quiet week of rest and relaxation. The yard was perfect for our pooch to romp and play. Clean, chic and perfect for our stay.

Home away from home

Thank you Bob for letting us stay in you're beautiful home. It was spotless and so welcoming. The yard was perfect and completely fenced in as we brought our dog. From the beautiful artwork throughout your home and the manicured yard. Close to many beaches and attractions we had the best time. Would highly recommend your lovely home to anyone looking to rent at the cape.

Clean, modern, and dog friendly

This house is a great spot if your are traveling with your pups! It’s tough to find a dog friendly rental on the cape but this place checks all the boxes, especially the fenced in back yard!

Home Away From Home!

This home is spectacular! We enjoyed every moment in the well-equipped kitchen, open living/dining area, quiet and comfortable bedrooms and the private, fenced in backyard. The home is near many wonderful hiking and walking paths and is close to beaches. We had a great week getting out and exploring and relaxing at the house at the end of the day. The big TV in the living room provided us with plenty of options for news and entertainment. I would recommend this lovely home to anyone wanting a clean, modern and comfortable place to stay on Cape Cod.

Great Summer Getaway

Rental was perfect for our family vacation with my five year old son and my in-laws. The fenced in yard with outdoor shower and grill was a huge plus for when we stayed in and cooked dinner. My only recommendation would be to change the seating area in the living room to have less formal seating and comfier couches, but aside from that it was perfect for what we needed. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful, fully stocked home

This location was wildly above my families expectations! The location of the house was close to everything while still being on a quiet side street. Only steps from the bike path and a few minutes from shops, restaurants and the beach it made everything extremely accessible without having to spend a lot of time In the car. The only heads-up I would give other renters is that both bathrooms are on the first floor and the stairs to the two upstairs bedrooms are quite steep. Perfectly fine for the average person, but we brought my 90 year old grandparents and they were unable to access the upper level because of that. Not necessarily a negative of the home but I just want to make others aware so they can rent a location that is the perfect fit for their families needs.

You can't miss with this property!

Property was even better than the pictures! Great appliances, including state-of-the art refrigerator, washer and dryer. Individually controlled A/C units worked perfectly. Beautifully furnished, great fenced- in yard and outdoor patio. Dog loved it. Close to beaches and restaurants great location. I would go there again in a heartbeat!

Not ready for market

No blinds or curtains in any of the windows including the double sliding doors of the bedroom, internet stopped working due to no payment affecting my husband's work and also nothing to do during a rainy week, bathroom set up was not ideal with out a bathrooms upstairs for guest, fenced in yard was missing a side of the fence so dog could get out to a busy street, every light was super bright no dimmer switch so it was either dark or extra bright, stairs are super steep and had no railing so not good for elderly, bushes were over grown, old car and motorcycle on the grass of the property, no beach chairs and lawn chairs were all broken. Would like a partial refund.
