chill time in Daphne

We enjoyed our stay in the 'Warm and Cozy Condo'. It was the perfect size for two and for our purposes, the location was perfect. Our favorite part was sitting on the back deck and watching the approaching golfers as they came down the fairway. Very beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. also, a very fair price. We would stay there again.

This place was really cute. I loved the view of the golf course. We didn't do much but sleep here but we did enjoy our stay.

Tranquility

The location was everything we were looking for. The studio was everything we needed for our anniversary trip and then some. Just a short drive to Gulf Shores and The Hangout. Furnishings and decor is superb. Must stay location!!

Reasonably priced

Property is old, but chic decor is a .compensation. Extremely quiet and private. Bonus coffee and toiletries. Bathroom needs renovation--step up and then down into tub/shower a little tricky. WiFi excellent

Perfect

My boyfriend and I stayed here for his sister's wedding in Fairhope. Location was perfect, it felt like a little getaway from all the wedding preparation chaos. Condo was clean, check in/out was extremely easy, and Kayla was extremely attentive for if we needed any help, or had any questions. We would definitely stay again, if we're ever in the area again, and would recommend this cozy condo to anyone!

So Cute & Cozy!

My husband Jackson & I stayed here for part of our honeymoon. It was such a cute atmosphere! Very clean and had everything that we needed for our two night stay. We cooked most of our meals - the kitchen had good space (frig space, stovetop). Comfortable lounging area with gorgeous view of the golf course (grass, trees). Love the big windows and balcony. We had a pleasant time staying here. The photos might make the property a little newer than it is. Although it’s decorated very nicely, It’s an older townhome building on the 2nd story that is showing its age structure wise. The bathroom fan doesn’t work, the bathroom platform where the toilet is is chipping apart, and the balcony is aging. There’s no iron or ironing board. Thankfully I packed my own just in case. Despite these things, it was still a pleasant stay for 2 nights for a getaway for my wife and I. Plenty to go and explore within 20-30 minutes in all directions from here so it’s very central located. That was very nice. It’s in a quiet golf course neighborhood on the end unit, so no traffic anywhere nearby. I’d recommend this place for a couple looking to get away for a few nights.

Disappointed

The condition of the unit was much different than the photos on the website. The unit had a lot of disrepair and had not been thoroughly cleaned. There were trip hazards in the unit and in the bathroom. The brick flooring in the bathroom had fallen off and not been repaired. The couch was dirty on one side and heavily stained on the other side. The location of the unit is excellent, but the unit needs many repairs and updated.

Quiet, comfortable base camp.

I stayed in Cozy Cottage while traveljng for work. Communication was great. The cottage was exactly as listed. I enjoyed using the patio and watching the golfing. Conveniently located and easy to park. Thanks for a good stay!
