This upscale 2016 home was recently renovated and upgraded to provide our guests with an exceptional experience. Within WALKING DISTANCE of the CLUBHOUSE, our guests will have easy access to all the amenities provided by the resort.

Windsor at Westside is one of the newest resort communities in Kissimmee, located conveniently near plenty of dining and shopping options as well as Orlando’s theme parks such as Disney World, Universal Studios, and Legoland, just to name a few. This stunning vacation rental resort community features all the amenities you would want in a resort and more! When coming through the entry gate, you will be greeted by an extraordinary 10,000 sq.ft. clubhouse which sits as the centerpiece of the resort. The huge resort-style pool complete with a lazy river, water slide, hot tub and cabana rentals, is a fantastic way for families to relax for hours. If you’re in the mood to be active, you can use the beach volleyball, soccer or multi-purpose sport court or you can hit the gym by utilizing the resort’s state of the art Fitness Center. And don’t forget about the game and arcade room where the kids can play for hours! If you need to quench your thirst or grab a bite to eat, the tiki bar has plenty of food and drink options. On the main floor you will find your top-of-the line kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you may need to create meals for you and your family. This includes a Keurig coffee maker, posh tea kettle, Crockpot slow cooker, Mickey Mouse waffle maker, various bakeware, and more. The kitchen island has a breakfast bar with seating for 4, where the kids can sit and eat their meals.

A high chair and Pack n’ Play is available for use for your little ones.

The first floor has an open concept, where the kitchen opens to the dinette area, which flows into the living space. This allows for ample seating for everyone to join in on the late night conversations!

The pool area is where you can soak up the Florida sunshine, the fresh air, and the refreshing pool water. There are sun loungers and a spillover spa for complete relaxation, along with a table to enjoy your meals. There is plenty of seating under the lanai, which includes a wicker sofa set and a brand new smart TV. For added safety, the pool deck comes equipped with a safety fence. This outdoor space is great for spending the day cooling off in your own private pool and relaxing in the private spa at night!

Enjoy your own personal A/C GAME ROOM and THEATER in the newly Marvel-designed garage. Unwind by gathering in the theater seats and watching a movie on the expansive 75” smart TV. Or get in the competitive spirit by playing a game of billiards on the impressive CL BAILEY pool table, while the kids duke it out on the multi-game, multiplayer Marvel arcade machine. Lined with LED lights, this garage provides the ideal atmosphere for a theater/game room!

The first floor also offers a master en-suite with private access to the pool. The first floor bedroom consists of a king mattress and a smart TV.

As you walk up to the second floor, you will immediately enter a spacious loft, the perfect place to lounge after a day of making memories at one of the nearby theme parks. While taking it easy on the large, comfy sectional, you can spend your evening watching a movie together as a family or catch the latest game on the room’s impressive 75” smart TV.

The second floor has one Master room and 4 bedrooms. Each of the 4 bedrooms are tastefully themed in a way that appeals to not only children, but teens and adults alike. The Harry Potter inspired bedroom has a Queen sized bed, as does the Mickey Mouse room and Disney Castle room. The Star Wars themed bedroom has 2 twin beds and EVERY BEDROOM has its own BRAND NEW SMART TV. The upstairs also includes two full bathrooms, each tucked in between two bedrooms while the master bedroom has its own private en-suite.
