On the beach and in the heart of Ptown!

This is a dream location! Located in a historic home right in the center of Ptown and steps to the beach. This is a new listing and everything was renovated in 2022. We've kept the charm but updated everything so you'll have everything you need for a memorable vacation. This two bedroom and one bath condo is beautifully furnished to make you feel like you're vacationing in a seaside cottage - and you are! There are two separate large living and dining areas. There's also an office (with a water view) if you must work while you're here. The kitchen is completely outfitted with everything you'll need. You'll want to spend your days outside either under the covered porch looking out at the beach or walk the less than 20 steps to the beach. At night you won't need to walk far because you're already on Commercial Street in the center of town. This is a dream location if your idea of a perfect vacation is being able to walk to the beach and all of Ptown's restaurants, bars, galleries.

PTown refresh

Unexpected escape to PTown and loved every minute. Very responsive hosts and lovely views. Spent most of our time in the back porch!

First time to Ptown

The moment we checked in we loved it. The property was welcoming and provided everything you need for a weeks stay at the beach. Just were best! Personable and very generous with offering suggestions on places to go. They were just the best….ever!

Perfect place. Amazing location. Wonderful owners.

We were joined by a second couple. The owners were staying upstairs. The location was perfect. Right on the beach and on commercial street , just before it gets crazy but near everything. The place is beautifully furnished and it was great to have a little office (with a beach view). The outdoor back patio viewing the beech is amazing. The owners were great. We loved it.

Amazing from start to finish!!!

Kellie and her husband were a dream to rent for! They were accommodating, kind and very responsive if we had any questions! The location is great. The view is beautiful! There’s a walkway that brings you directly to the beach. The restaurant next door is delicious and convenient! It was just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Commericial street where it was not loud, but close enough to get right into town! Can’t wait to stay again next year! Thank you!!
