We were only here a short time, but really enjoyed the short walk to the river and the proximity to downtown Gruene.

Helpful Host, Great Location

The host was very accommodating, and the location couldn't have been better. Easy access on the first floor for older folks, close to town, with the beautiful river in the backyard. I would definitely stay here again.

Great accommodations and location!

We had a great stay in Gruene. The place was very clean and had a great layout for our group, which included our 95 year old grandmother! Very easy to get to and get around and beautifully appointed.

Friends from Austin

We had three couples go to Gruene to watch the UT football game along with going to a concert that night. Plenty of places to choose to eat and have cocktails. Wonderful little place to stay and close to Gruene central.

Great place & location!

Our stay was great - the condo is spacious, clean, and so close to Gruene. We walked to and from Gruene without issue. The kids enjoyed that the river was so close - we were able to pack lunches and eat on picnic tables down by the river which was so convenient with small kids. My husband commented multiple times on the condo (great location / great space) and he usually doesn’t have much to say on places we stay!

Great Weekend Getaway

This was a great first floor condo. It was clean with high end appliances and decor. The owner was amazing to work with, quick to respond to questions, which made our stay even better. The condo is a quick walk to downtown and all of the shops and restaurants so there was no need to move our truck during our stay. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway in Gruene.

IT WAS PERFECT

WHAT A SHORT TRIP WE HAD BUT SO MUCH FUN THIS PLACE WAS PERFECT IN ALL WAYS. GREAT LOCATION AND CLEAN. IT WAS SO NEAT WATCHING A HERD OF DEER RUN THROUGH I DO MEAN AT LEAST 50-100 DEER ALL AT ONCE. I WOULD DEF RENT THIS PLACE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT.
