You’ll have an awesome time at this VRBO five-star rated property. Enjoy a unique rock-n-roll themed experience on the beautiful Guadalupe River with private river access. It is located in downtown New Braunfels only minutes from Gruene, WurstFest grounds, county fair grounds, Schlitterbahn, Comal River Tube Chute, Landa Park and the Landa Golf Course.

B301 gives our guests a beautiful river view of the WaterWheel property. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a well-equipped kitchen decorated with rock-n-roll themed decor. There is a large 75” TV in both bedrooms and living room. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other a queen size bed. There is a queen size pull-out in the living room. The balcony gives our guests a view of the river in the distance, the pool/hottub and a beautiful green space where you can watch the deer lounging about.

We had an amazing stay at this condo on the New Braunfels River! The location was perfect—right on the river and just a quick drive to so many cute restaurants and coffee shops.Check-in was super easy, and the hosts were fantastic with communication the entire time. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a day out exploring.One of the coolest parts of the condo was the fun rock ’n’ roll theme. There were tons of signed guitars from different bands and musicians, which made the space feel really unique and memorable. They also had great games available, which made it extra fun for our family to hang out together.We highly recommend this place for your next getaway. We will definitely be back!

Stay could not have been more perfect! The condo was spotless and the decor was absolutely fabulous! A rock-n-roll paradise!Host was amazing! âž»We had the best stay at this rock ’n’ roll–themed condo! I’ve stayed at a lot of vacation rentals, and this one was definitely my favorite. It was super clean, had everything we needed, and the details were amazing.The host was so sweet and quick to respond—when I realized I needed to add Friday night, she made it so easy. We came with our teenage kids to visit our daughter at Texas State, and the location was perfect. The pool and Jacuzzi were really well kept, and the whole music theme just made it such a cool experience.There was something for everyone to enjoy, and we’ll definitely be back!

We had such a fantastic stay at this Rock-n-Roll themed condo right on the Guadalupe River! The location couldn’t be better—downtown New Braunfels is just steps away, so it was easy to enjoy all the restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and full of fun personality with its rock-n-roll dĂ©cor, which really made it feel unique and memorable.We loved relaxing on the balcony with a great view —it made mornings with coffee and evenings with a drink extra special. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was thoughtfully set up to make the stay easy and enjoyable.Whether you’re floating the river, exploring Gruene, or just looking for a cool and relaxing getaway, this condo is the perfect spot. We love this neighborhood as it is located on a serene area of the Guadalupe River and just minutes from the Comal River and Tube Chute, Schlitterbahn and downtown New Braunfels. The historic district of Greune is only 10 minutes away. There is so much to see and do near this property.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The thought that went in to the rock-n-roll theme is amazing. The unit displays 17 signed guitars throughout. It has custom-built rock themed furniture and decorations. There are surprises around every corner. The living room and both bedrooms all come with huge 75" televisions. Also the view from the patio is so relaxing. You can see the Guadalupe River and swimming pool in the distance as well as a beautiful green space where you can watch the deer lounge about.
