Lovely, newly remodeled, home just a short 20 minute walk from downtown! This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a hot tub and private fenced back yard will surely melt all of your worries away. All bedrooms have a king bed and we have a roll a way available on site.

Our single level home is 10 blocks from historic Main Street. There are many amazing restaurants, wineries and even a food truck park a few blocks from your door.

The kitchen is accommodated with a coffee pot, crockpot, baking dishes, pots pans, utensils, wine glasses, beer mugs and dishes for you to enjoy.

After you enjoy everything Fredericksburg has to offer you can step outside and enjoy the private hot tub with your favorite beverage and play corn hole! You can also snuggle on the couch and binge watch your favorite shows or watch a movie. (WiFi is included and a smart Tv no services or cable or dvds included)

The property was lovely! It was spotless and super comfy. Getting in was a breeze, and we had great communication with everyone. The master bed had a bit of a squeak, and maybe they could add some softer pillows, but overall, it was a fantastic place to stay.

We appreciate you mentioning the squeak in the bed and wish we had known during your visit so we could have taken care of it right away. This is the first time it’s been brought to our attention, and we’ll be addressing it immediately. For future reference, we do provide additional pillows — four per bed, plus extras in the home (four queen pillows in the master closet and two king pillows in the guest closet) — but we’re always happy to help if something is hard to find. If there’s anything else you’d be willing to share privately that could help us improve the experience, we’d truly appreciate it.

My Husband and I both grew up in Fredericksburg. We met in 2004 and were married in 2006. He has been a police officer with Fredericksburg since 2002. I own and operate a funnel cake and lemonade stand at most of the festivals in town. If you are in town during a festival make sure to stop by and say hi!! We have 3 amazing children together. This home is very special to us. It is the first home we purchased together. It was built in 1993. We bought it from my husbands Great Aunt. It has been in the family for decades. We brought 2 of our children home to this house after they were born and lived there until 2012. We have so many memories here we just couldn't let it go. We did long term rentals from 2012-2021. We decided to fix her up and turn her into a guest house. We are so excited to share our home with you.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Our guest house is located close enough to Main Street to walk yet far enough to have a nice relaxing vacation. There is a Food truck park just 2 blocks away. They have amazing gluten and vegan options, corn hole, fire pit, beer and wine and a great atmosphere. Just 3 blocks away is Sunset Grill and La Tequila both with full bars and great food. Lost Draw Cellars is also about 5 blocks away. This is a local owned winery with amazing wine and a great atmosphere. The local grocery store is across the street from Lost Draws Cellar. If you want to miss the high traffic wineries there are some great ones out Highway 16 South. These include Slate Mill Winery and Augsta Vin.
