Newly remodeled home w/ a backyard oasis, beautiful hot tub blocks from downtown

Lovely, newly remodeled, home just a short 20 minute walk from downtown! This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a hot tub and private fenced back yard will surely melt all of your worries away. All bedrooms have a king bed and we have a roll a way available on site.

Our single level home is 10 blocks from historic Main Street. There are many amazing restaurants, wineries and even a food truck park a few blocks from your door.

The kitchen is accommodated with a coffee pot, crockpot, baking dishes, pots pans, utensils, wine glasses, beer mugs and dishes for you to enjoy.

After you enjoy everything Fredericksburg has to offer you can step outside and enjoy the private hot tub with your favorite beverage and play corn hole! You can also snuggle on the couch and binge watch your favorite shows or watch a movie. (WiFi is included and a smart Tv no services or cable or dvds included)

Excellent, clean and comfortable place. Feels right away at home. Full amenities. Hot tub is a huge bonus. We did not get a chance to use it this time but can already see how relaxing it must be during the cooler nights to enjoy the outdoors in a hot tub!

We enjoyed our stay at the Just Peachy. The house was spotless and well stocked. It’s one of the best locations we have stayed at in Fredericksburg. Hot tub was nice and we laughed at the tom cat drama going on while we were outside but it is a quiet neighborhood. Having king sized beds in all the bedrooms makes it ideal for our group of 3 retired couples and the beds are high quality. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely wonderful property! Beautifully decorated and very clean!! We loved sitting on the back porch and letting our puppies roam in the fenced yard! Also enjoyed the hot tub. Location was great too, so close to town. Will be back!!
