EVERYTHING about this cottage was exceptional - spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean (my daughter let her baby crawl on the floor - unheard of for her), great location close to main street, and a host (Angela) that went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and memorable!! We will definitely be back.

This was a wonderful property just a short walk from Main street. The house was perfectly decorated, beds were comfortable and the kitchen has everything you would need.Angela is an exceptional hostess. This house was awesome! It was so clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything! Great location, close to the main street, but far enough away that it was peaceful and quiet. The host was very welcoming and replied very quickly when I did have a question. I would absolutely stay here again and will definitely keep it in mind for future Fredericksburg visits!

I’ve stayed at several home rentals in the past and you can tell when an owner takes pride in their accommodations. This house is actually a lot bigger than the pictures portray, tons of space to spread out, EXTREMELY clean and well kept, lots of amenities, clear directions on expectations, and best of all, it’s beautifully decorated. The host is one of the best I’ve ever encountered. She is kind, thoughtful, very responsive, truly goes over the top to make your experience nothing but the best. The house in itself is lovely, but then step foot into the backyard for the perfect end to a day in wine country. A hot tub, fire pit, comfy furniture, what else could you ask for? The owner has thought of everything. I plan to return for a girls trip soon and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. If I could give this house 10 stars I would! Book it, you won’t be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay in Fredericksburg! The home was beautifully decorated for Christmas and felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully put together. Communication with the host was excellent, she was incredibly accommodating and responsive to any needs or requests we had.The house was immaculately clean, with clear and easy check-in and check-out instructions, and very minimal cleaning requirements upon departure (which we truly appreciated). The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable, and tower fans were provided in case it was warm. The temperature inside was perfect, and the A/C worked great.There were plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Overall, it was a comfortable, stress-free stay, and we felt right at home.We highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful Cottage!

3 high school besties had an amazing weekend in Fredericksburg and chose this cottage. We fell in love with the property - beautifully restored and decorated, it was comfortable and spacious. Every amenity was available in a well stocked kitchen and we enjoyed the continental breakfasts provided. It allowed us to start every day with wonderful conversation, coffee and fresh eggs! The host was very accommodating throughout the process. Would definitely recommend this cottage!

The best stay I’ve had

Angela was such a wonderful host in every way! Her communication was stellar, she was sure to go above and beyond answering my questions about the specifics of the house prior to my stay. The house had everything we could’ve possibly needed and more and the location can’t be beat! You can tell that Angela really cares about her house, her guests and your stay. I really can’t say enough good things about our trip but I will sum it up by saying I will recommend Angela and this house to everyone coming to stay in the area.

Fantastic House

We couldn't have been more pleased with this lovely VRBO property. Excellent location, beautiful home exactly as described. The kitchen was very well appointed, probably the best we have every seen! And the free continental breakfast was a bonus. Our host Angela couldn't have been better, checking on us to be sure that we had everything we needed. We were 6 friends on a girls getaway and the house was PERFECT. I can highly recommend!

The little cottage was perfect! Beautifully decorated with a kitchen that was stocked with everything you would need. The front porch was sooo comforable and the neighborhood was quiet. The beds are super comfy and the bathrooms superior! The patio and grill were perfect for an evening in. The walk downtown was reasonable for us. We will return here! Management was helpful and so sweet. Our next trip, we will spend in this house! 5 STARS!

Had a wonderful stay at the Fredericksburg Cottage. This host has thought of everything. Lots of character with a luxurious feel. Beautifully decorated, super clean, comfy beds, quiet neighborhood, has everything you need. There is a coffee and tea station, well equipped kitchen, lovely bath products, a porch swing in the front, a lovely back patio and yard with a hot tub and car-port. On street parking in front too. The host provided recommendations for shopping and dining. We wished we were staying longer and will be back. Highly recommend this listing. We found a restaurant near the cottage that we loved, called Hill and Vine.
