Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the inter coastal from two spacious decks. All kitchen supplies, linens included. Walkable to town with great restaurants and shopping. (Pool open Memorial Day through end of September)

Owner was quick to respond to questions and concerns. Kitchen was well equipped. Location was great. Would book again in a minute.

Great spot

Nice, clean townhouse with easy, short walk to beach. Safe property with nice view of sound. Great host communication and excellent accommodations to make our beach week easy and relaxing. Highly Recommended. (Stairs are hard for people with knee issues but that's true of most properties in the area.)

Very Nice Condo, great location, private Beach access.

This is the Second year we have stayed at this Condo with four Adults and 2 children (ages 2 and 4). This is a very nice and clean Condo across the street from the beach with a private access to the beach. There is a swimming pool on site as well. Our only disappointment was the pool was closed for repairs while we where there which was hard having a 2 and 4 year old looking forward to using it but it worked out. Also the Host was very apologetic and provided us with a fair discount off the rate due to the pool being closed. We would stay there again for sure.

Good location, lacks WiFi and tv access

Condo location good for joining other family renting 2 blocks away. Host notified me of ‘lightening strike 6 weeks prior and no wifi or tv streaming,’ adding ‘it is out of my hands.’ Conversations with two STV renters in nearby unit indicated lightening issue was ‘months ago’ and Spectrum was contacted by both renters and another who is also a STVR host to provide these services to the guests ($60-70 per month) who are staying in their units, since Xfinity unable to find parts to make repairs unit-wide. Wifi at least just a given expectation for these rates and this location.

Family beach time

Family beach time. We had our grown children and two grandchildren the location near the beach is excellent and the pool is a real bonus. This unit also has all kinds of chairs toys boogie boards etc. to use on the beach it was a great time nice place will be back.

Great beach week!

We LOVED Katie’s condo. The sounds views from the porch were beautiful both morning and evening. The kitchen was well-supplied with spices and equipment. The closet of beach gear was also well-stocked: plenty of chairs, the Shibumi shade, a wagon, etc. We especially loved being able to ride the bikes to town! The short walk to the beach access was convenient. Katie is a responsive and gracious host. We would love to go back. =)

Absolutely Lovely

We were impressed with the cleanliness of this property and how well stocked the kitchen was. We have stayed at other Turtle Cove properties before and this one was by far the nicest. We will definitely be returning.

Hubby's Birthday Weekend

We decided on a quick trip to Topsail to celebrate my husbands Birthday. All questions I asked before booking were replied to quickly. This property was extremley clean, beautifully decorated, airy and open. The views of the marsh are spectacular. Katie was very responsive and the checkin website reminded us of places we had wanted to check out in the past but never had. Beach chairs were awesome so we didn't have to take up room brining ours. Private Beach Access was great to have, just remember to take the key fob hanging by the entrance door to open the gate. We will be back to stay again!

Resort like amenities

This condo is so nicely appointed, with everything from super comfortable beds, to new and abundant kitchen accessories, to great living room furniture, that we didn't want to go home. You can tell the owner really wanted her guests to be comfortable and cared for while they were there. It's also located just a short walk from the beach and has a pool right outside the door. Speaking of beach, the provided beach toys, sports equipment and bikes were a huge plus. We liked that it was also a short walk or bike ride to coffee shops, ice cream, deli, etc. in Surf City.

Stunning Property!

Beyond stunning!! Wonderful location, close to the beach, could walk to get breakfast. The property was clean and updated. It truly had everything and was beyond our expectations!

Fabulous!

The property was super clean, very well decorated ( beautiful quilts on all beds, nice art work) and the layout of the condo was perfect for family to have privacy and space. The 3 bathrooms were a definite plus for multiple adults. The host was very responsive and has a website that offers lots details and gives info about the property and the area. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could imagine you would need including a margarita machine!! The owner provided essentials in all bathrooms and in the kitchen pantry. There are beach chairs and umbrellas, a beach wagon, etc- everything you need for the beach is there! It’s a few steps to the pool and a very short walk to a private beach access. This property and location are a 5+ !!!

Great spot!

We spent a long week at this property and greatly enjoyed our time. The residence itself was the perfect size for our family, including three kids of varying ages. It was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The walk to the beach was short, just through the community and across the street to the community's private beach access. The community's pool was a really nice option to have, especially when the littler kids were tired from a day at the beach but still wanted to do something fun. All in all, a lovely little getaway, a nice spot for families, and a wonderful host!
