This place was absolutely perfect! The host was incredibly communicative and made everything so easy. The condo was spotless, and the beds were unbelievably comfortable. It was even closer to the water than we expected, with just the right amount of beach to enjoy. We even got engaged here this weekend, such a special place we’ll definitely be coming back to again and again!

We had an amazing stay at Topsail. The accommodations were exactly what we expected. It was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The condo itself was great, and we really enjoyed our time there.My only complaint is not about the condo, but the condition of the beach directly in front of the property. Due to significant beach erosion, there is very little usable beach area during high tide. At times, the water comes all the way up to the dunes and seawall, leaving virtually nowhere to set up chairs or towels. During high tide, it can make spending time on the beach difficult, especially for families or anyone hoping to relax close to the condo.At lower tide there is more beach available, but it’s definitely something visitors should be aware of when planning their trip. Overall, we still had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the property very much.

After Christmas Get Away

Our stay at this condo was so relaxing and enjoyable. It is beautifully decorated, the accommodations are top notch, and oceanfront views are stunning! It was just what we needed to unwind from all the hustle and bustle of the Holidays. We will definitely go back for another stay!

We have stayed in Topsail just about every year and I must say this is our favorite condo thus far! We will definitely be back when we come back to topsail! The host was wonderful and couldn’t be happier!

Beautiful place, very clean. Honestly the cleanest place we’ve stayed at since Disney. Great amenities. Host responded quickly when I messaged. Oceanfront room on the 3rd floor. The pool is a great plus for those rough ocean days. Master bedroom bed was super comfortable and we slept great. We always feel very safe at Shipwatch Villas. Would highly recommended.

Beautiful condo in awesome beach location

Beautifully furnished condo with quick access to pool and beach. Incredible view from the balcony -- the closest balcony we've been on to view the ocean without being on the beach. The owner includes many niceties (towels, linens, beach accessories) which was so nice. We all had a wonderful, relaxing time and as my oldest daughter said, "This was the vacation I dreamed of having," describes the stay perfectly.

Beautiful condo on a beautiful beach!

We liked everything about this place. It is a well thought out condo that had everything we needed. The balcony is perfect, has a great view of the beach and the swimming pool. We have stayed on Topsail Island every summer for years. This was our first time at North Topsail and it was perfect. We found a 4 inch tall shark's tooth (megladon) right out on the beach in front of the complex!

Perfect!

The condo was absolutely perfect! It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were great. Sometimes in rentals, you can see where corners have been cut to save money, but not with this one. The location was wonderful. It was far enough away from the busyness that the beach was not crowded but close enough to stores and restaurants that it was still convenient. I absolutely loved everything about it!
