Welcome to The Salty Dog Condo at Sea Coast Suites located in the small beach town of Surf City, NC. Surf City is the heart of the 26-mile barrier island, Topsail Island.

Wake up and enjoy your coffee on the veranda while watching the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean.

Take in breathtaking views of the sunset behind the Surf City Bridge.

Once you're here, park your car for the duration - you can walk to everything!

Walk across the street and grab a protein smoothie from Surf Break Nutrition or a breakfast bagel and your favorite coffee delight from The Daily Grind.

It's a one minute walk to the beach access and a two minute walk to the fishing pier, to experience the Touch Tank Aquarium, or surfing lessons at Surf City Surf School.

Enjoy the beautiful weather and lunch at Shaka Taco, Daddy Mac's, Buddy's or NY Corner Deli...all within a two minute walk from the Salty Dog Condo.

Don't forget a trip to North Shore Juice for an Acai Bowl, Topsail Island Popcorn, or Sweet Island for ice cream and a Pup Cup!

There are numerous beach shops, the IGA Grocery Store, and too many restaurants and sweet delights to name!

As for dinner on the town: there really are too many to name!

You can't miss the live music and nightlife at UnWined!

If you prefer to stay in and prepare your own meal, the kitchen at Salty Dog is fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, dishes, a blender, a Nutribullet, a toaster, a Keurig and a regular coffee-maker, mixing bowls and utensils. There are some spices available but if you don't see what you need, the IGA Grocery Store is a 5 minute walk!

Want to prepare your own local seafood? Get everything you need at Surf City Crab Seafood Market on Roland Ave.

Enjoy the gas grill and new picnic table beside the Sea Coast Suites.

Looking for more: There are multiple grocery stores, restaurants, breweries and shops, all with-in an 10 minute drive, just over the bridge!

I never miss the opportunity to indulge in fresh local oysters from The Oyster Barn; a local beer at The Salty Turtle; and ending the evening at Hidden Ships Distillery!

When walking into the condo it felt inviting and clean. With being dog lovers we were very happy with how pet friendly it was. The host was responsive and helpful.We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

My husband and I had such an amazing time!! We stayed the last week of August. The condo was well decorated, clean and in a great location. It is located steps to the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. My little doggy was also happy and comfortable. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Lovely condo, clean, tastefully decorated, providing everything you want for a beach stay. Beach chairs provided and float boards, and just across from beach access. Located within comfortable walking distance to shops and dining it's all you could want and more. Everything was easy, with excellent and prompt communication. We wouldn't change a thing, except to stay longer.

We enjoyed our time here. The place is as advertised. It was clean and organized. Communication was excellent. Close to many ammenities. One thing that they include that other places do not is access to paid tv services that includes local channels. You aren't stuck watching free services that came with tv. You could also log in with your own streaming if you like. We would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Surf City.

What an amazing place to stay in surf city! The condo is perfect and everything you need was at your fingertips, including what I needed for my pup! Owner was so communicative and helpful along the way. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The property looks just like the pics and is as described. It was very clean and check-in was smooth and could not be easier. It’s literally a 3 minute walk to the beach and has a good number of food options within a 5-6 minute walk. Communication with the host could not be better. Clear, responsive, and helpful. We will be staying at this great condo again.

The property was very clean. But the furniture and the bed were very uncomfortable. The bathroom had a roll of toilet paper that was less than half full. There was no other toilet paper. We had to buy our own. The shower had no soap. Again we had to get our own. The furniture in the living room is very uncomfortable, also the way the furniture is set up does not work to relax and watch a movie, we left a day early. Robert was having some health problems. Yes hospital information was provided. But you cannot get medical help and then relax in this place. Robert sat in one of those chairs in the living room and the chair tumbled backwards. We do not recommend staying there

Fantastic stay in a great location!

Lovely clean and modern apartment. Location couldn't have been any better, 5 minute walk (if that) to the beach and to the shops/restaurants. Highly recommend!

Perfect condo in Surf City!

This was our first time in Surf City and we absolutely loved it! Not only was the town amazing and it had everything we needed, the condo was just right for us! Very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. The condo was about a 1 min walk to the beach. I truly cannot say enough about the perfection of this condo for a small family!
