Family Beach House, Private beach access!

Our family beach house is perfect for families and larger groups! Located in Pettaquamscutt Lake Shores neighborhood of Narragansett with access to private narrow river beach and just a 10 minute drive to Narragansett beach. We've created a true home away from home complete with a family game room, A fully stocked eat in kitchen, and several amenities for families with children including a double stroller, pack n play, baby bath and children's room with toys! Weve also provided beach chairs, toys, towels, and linens! The house is newly renovated and professionally cleaned.

The space
Plenty of spaces to relax and play inside and out! A relaxed decor with thoughtful amenities to provide a true home away from home. Complete with everything from margarita glasses and a blender to a family game room with children's toys, television, board games and a foosball table. sliding door in the kitchen leads to a porch with a grill and outdoor seating overlooking the backyard lit with romantic lights.

Guest access
Guests have access to entire home, front and back yard and the neighborhood private beach.

House was very welcoming and had everything you needed for a weekend stay. Host was responsive and accommodating. Location was great, close to community beach and access to water as well as close to all other beaches RI has to offer. Block was nice and quiet. Would definitely stay again when visiting.

Perfect location for graduation at URi

We needed a place to stay for graduation weekend-almost a year in advance that would accommodate 10 people! Close to everything convenient -had the best kitchen supplies ever to accommodate at least 2 meals a day. Everything truly smooth & perfect for a family of 10. Highly recommend!

Wedding vacation

Great split level property for 4 adults to stay. Parents shared the entire first floor, 2 adults shared lower floor. We loved having our privacy and own bathroom! Close to a beach and activities while away from the hustle and bustle. Messaged Kelly with recommended maintenance and comfort suggestions. She was quick to respond! Home did it’s job for a wedding vacation in Newport!

PERFECT house for families w/ kids

The layout of the house (split ranch) was perfect for 2 families sharing. We each had our own spaces if we wanted time apart. The house is stocked with toys and books for the kids so we didn't have to bring anything to entertain them. The kitchen is well stocked with items you need to cook at home. I didn't look at what was in the shed but was told there was lots of beach gear available. All in all, a great house that went above our expectations. Thank you!

Good Location

The property is in a good location. The kids enjoyed the beach that was a five minute drive away. Many good choices for dining. Our concern was the lack of amenities on arrival. There was not one roll of toilet paper in the house and only a few sheets of paper towel. The owner did have a TP delivery made but it was hours after check in. The lock on the door fell off and the lock on the back door didn’t appear to be secure.

Thanks for your feedback Kate! The back is just a battery cover if knocked it may fall off.. The back door lock not only works there is a stopper to keep the door from sliding and as you know guests are sent the code with the option to use the security system if they'd like although absolutely unnecessary as its a VERY safe neighborhood and Rhode Islands safest town! I apologize again about the tp and glad we were able to get you some quickly after check in!

Terrific Experience

The home was in a perfect location for 4 couples attending a nearby wedding. All the beds were comfortable with great linens, the house was clean and everything worked! The neighborhood was quiet, plenty of parking in the driveway and a small local grocery store 4 minutes away was helpful.

Lovely Place!

The house was very cute and in a nice neighborhood. We were close to the beach and enjoyed the neighborhood beach as well. We had a lovely time. Only wish was that the bath towels were a bit bigger. But not really a big deal at all! Overall, great stay!

Very nice home in Newport Area

We travelled as a small family group of 9 people. We loved this house. It felt like home. It was clean and comfortable. Good amount of space for all of us. Had dishes and things we need to have food and a nice table for eating or playing games.
