Love this place. The management is attentive and nice. They keep the place very clean and make sure you have a temperate environment inside. Overall I give it 5 stars without hesitation.

Great place to relax

We enjoyed our stay. The house is great for a couple. The location is convenient to all our favorite places in the area. We spent most of our time enjoying the deck, yard and sitting on the dock watching the river and kayaking. The neighborhood is quiet, which we liked.

Great and affordable house in fantastic setting for nature lovers

Our whole family of five really enjoyed the stay in this cozy little house with all the necessary amenities and more with huge backyard and dock on the beautiful Narrow river. Manager and the owners were very responsive and helpful. We would love to come back and stay here again.

River front heaven!

We were in town for a family debunking and needed a place to stay with just our family. Location was great with Dunkin, CVS, liquor store and market nearby. Plus a ton of great restaurants, cafes and the best ice cream shops. We paddle boarded one day and sat in the sun on the dock. Kids loved playing on the grass. We never cooked a big meal, but could have with the BBQ and all the spices, etc. We did order take out. Great place to stay. Lovely neighbors and neighborhood.

GREAT LOCATION

The house was in a great neighborhood and the yard backed up to the Narrow River. We used our kayaks almost every day. We took the River to the beach on at least 3 days. The house was clean and well supplied. The owners left us needing nothing. . We brought some amenities thinking that we would have to from past experiences, but the owners already supplied them. We hope to return in the near future.

Mold spores prevalent in bathroom - we had to leave early; uncomfortable beds; poor AC - hot in home

We would not rent with this property - we did notify them we were leaving 2 nights early because we were reacting to something in the home. They responded that they hoped we felt better.

Staying on the Narrows

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The living room and dining area were comfortable. We also had a great view of the river. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. The deck was great for having our morning coffee and entertaining our family members who visited. The Adirondack chairs by the river front were a nice addition. There was always an afternoon breeze! It was also a very easy area to launch our kayaks. The neighborhood was very quiet and we easily biked to Narragansett beach and to Brickley’s ice cream. The manager of the property was very responsive to questions. We were a little challenged at first with using the correct setting for the air conditioners that were located in the bedrooms. These are also used to cool the kitchen and living room. Once we had the right setting, the house was comfortable on sunny days in the high 80’s. We also brought along two good size fans which helped to circulate the air. Cautionary note: with the higher AC settings, the ACs were fairly loud in the bedrooms. All things considered this was a good house in a nice neighborhood right on the river.

Beautiful Narragansett get away on the Narrow River! Relaxing breezes and kayaking are steps away!

We had an amazing stay here. Kayaking to the beach on the Narrow River puts you right next to Narragansett Beach. Go up river and you get to a lake. Great exercise and views. The home offered all the basic necessities including linens, towels, dishes, spices, etc There is a Keurig and a gas grill to make life even easier:). The hosts were very responsive and attentive. We enjoyed sitting on the riverside in perfectly placed Adirondack chairs, enjoying the breeze and views. Quiet neighborhood and ample parking. Close to Narragansett pier and Point Judith. Thank you for a great getaway!

Like Home But Better

Great place to unwind. I wanted a safe open space to bring my mother, who is 95 and slowing down, to spend time with her family. We had meals outdoors on the sheltered back porch and sat by the river which has a cooling breeze, under the trees. We got in lots of ocean swimming. The place to be during a full-on heat wave! Couldn't have been happier. We will definitely come again soon.
