★ Was the home damaged by the fire?
Our home stayed safe during the fires and has been professionally remediated by a licensed contractor. We have a Reverse Osmosis water filtration system and 3 HEPA air purifiers for extra peace of mind.

★ Is there power and internet?
Yes, we currently have both, powered by a generator. While other nearby properties on generator power have reported few issues, please know the situation can change.

★ Is the area around the home damaged?
Some nearby homes and landscapes were affected by the fire. Our building was not damaged, but recovery in the neighborhood is ongoing and conditions vary.

★ What happens if the situation changes?
We completely understand. If the living conditions are not what you expected when you arrive, we offer full flexibility to cancel without penalty.

`Jill`s Malibu oasis was simply lovely! I travel for work extensively, and needed to be in LA for a month. I have high standards and was careful to pick a place to stay that was quiet so I could focus and recharge. PARKING:

1 parking space in a covered carport. A 2nd may be available for a fee. There are 80 steps to get to the unit from the parking space, so get ready to develop a beach body during your stay!


ACCESS:

Let yourself in at your own convenience with the smart lock and never worry about losing your key with the smart lock system. You will have private access to the entire unit, including a private balcony overlooking the ocean.

The property is nestled in a residential neighborhood, offering both serenity and convenience. It`s perfectly situated in Malibu, with quick access to Santa Monica, the Palisades, and the entire Westside. Perched on a Malibu bluff off PCH, you`re just a short walk from the beach and the Getty Villa. Whether it`s business or leisure, you`ll find all you need nearby, with amenities, world-class restaurants, and entertainment just a 5-10 min drive away.

THE BUILDING:

The building was built in the 1970`s, & is located just a few minutes walk from the beach. There is a stoplight so crossing PCH is easy.

We LOVE pets, but you MUST ask before booking, as sometimes guests who are very allergic have booked after you and we need to make sure we provide a safe space for them too. Please tell us the breed, weight, if your pet is house trained, how much it barks, and for how long it will be left alone at a time. Pet fee is per pet.

Since we can typically only rent for 30+ days and we maintain almost 100% occupancy, when booking, please don`t leave gaps of less than 30 days before & after your reservation and the start or end of the previous or next reservation.

If you need items for a baby like a Pack n` Play, let us know in advance so we can get those out of storage for you.

For your safety, there is a Ring doorbell camera & a Ring camera on the right side of private balcony pointed downwards towards the balcony and out towards the ocean. They record audio/video when there is motion but can be seen at anytime.
