1 Bedroom top floor unit w/ King bed + 1 full Bathroom. Clean & well maintained w/ eat-in kitchenette, fridge, microwave, Keurig, sun deck w/ ocean view, 1 parking spot, 2 televisions w/ ROKU TV, free WiFi + 2 air conditioners/heat pumps. Very short walk to main beach, restaurants & shops. No pets, no smoking + no children under 12. Common area includes patio tables + chairs. Reasonably quiet guests appreciated. No parties please. The view was great overlooking the Ogunquit river and the south end of the beach. A great deck to get morning sun thru approx 2:00PM and if needed move to front deck for sun thru late afternoon. We enjoyed the short walk to town as well as the Marginal Way. We will be back for sure. Dave

The overall experience was great! I would have liked to have more towels in the room, but Andy made sure more towels were provided. Beach view was excellent. Kitchen was very clean. Andy communicated with me quite well. I would return to this vacation property. Thanks Andy.

Beautiful view, perfect location

Just a great place to stay, walking distance to everything, beach, shops, restaurants. Super comfy bed, well equipped kitchenette, private deck overlooking the river and ocean. What more could you want? Would stay here again without hesitation
