Quaint Ogunquit Condo 5 Min.Walk To Perkins Cove & Marginal Way

This studio condo is located in a private area away from traffic. The condo is a 5 minute walk from Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. It has been renovated with a modern look and design with comfort as a priority. The oak wood floor and the Italian marble countertops set the tone of luxury.

You are greeted by the comforts of home with two LaZyBoy rocking recliners facing a 50 inch flat screen TV with free WIFI and cable TV. This end-unit with large windows has an abundance of fresh coastal air and sunlight. On hot days, you can turn on the Friedrich air conditioner with the remote control.

The kitchen has an electric skillet, a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. There is also a gas grill on the property for outdoor grilling. The bathroom has a shower and whirlpool bathtub.

If you want to dine out, a five minute walk to magical Perkins Cove (PC) provides several options. PC has a working fishing industry with lobster boats coming in and out throughout the day. There are many specialty shops and art galleries to visit as well. While you're in the Cove, you may want to treat yourself to a scenic cruise on the Finest Kind sailboat or The Silver Lining.

From Perkins Cove you can walk to the stunning Marginal Way, a 1 mile+ path that follows the rocky coast and ends at Ogunquit village and Ogunquit Beach. Ogunquit Beach is one of the longest sandy beaches in Maine. The condo has a private deck with 2 beach chairs.

After a busy day exploring Ogunquit, you can relax/sleep in a queen-size bed with a Sealy posturepedic mattress ~ often enjoying a refreshing ocean breeze.

Rules: 1) No smoking in the condo, on deck, in the parking lot, in common areas 2) no pets, 3) only 1 parking space authorized.

Directions traveling South:
I-95 South. Take Exit 19 (Wells/Sanford). Turn left at light onto Sanford Rd (ME-109). Turn right onto Chapel Rd. Turn right onto Post Road (Route 1 South). Continue Route 1 South for approximately 5 miles. When you enter Ogunquit Center, turn left onto Shore Road. Follow Shore Road until you see a large parking lot on your right. Bear right after the parking lot (still Shore Road). About ¼ mile on right is the Hillcrest Inn Resort at 512 Shore Road. Turn right on Pine Hill South and travel approximately 100 yards. Turn right into Northern Lites Condo Association parking area.

Directions traveling North:
I-95 North to Maine - Take Exit 7 to York/Ogunquit, Maine. Take left at traffic light onto Blue Star Memorial Highway (Route 1 North). Continue Route 1 North for approx. 4.5 miles. Turn right onto Pine Hill Road. Follow Pine Hill Road for about 2.1 miles. Turn right onto Pine Hill SOUTH. Travel .2 mile and turn left into Northern Lites Condo Association parking area.
