Summary:
Situated on the inside corner of Firefly Park, this home overlooks Carlton Landing's largest green space and is adjacent to the community garden. Perfect for large groups with its open floor plan, double dining tables, and wrap around porches. With 3 King Beds, 3 Double Beds , 2 Single Beds and televisions in every bedroom, your group has plenty of room to spread out and get a good night's rest after long days of play. Centralized location makes walking to all the town amenities easy!

The Neighborhood:
Carlton Landing is a walkable lake community modeled after Seaside, FL. Playgrounds, parks, walking trails, a hot tub, restaurants, the swim beach area and more are all within walking distance of Firefly Central. We offer concierge services such as grocery stocking, lawn game rentals and souvenirs. Just send us a message once you've reserved your stay and we will make arrangements to make your vacation extra special!

Getting Around:
There is a gravel driveway behind the house with parking for 2 vehicles. Overflow parking is located just across the park on Park Street. entire neighborhood is designed to be walkable. It's also a lot of fun to get around on a golf cart. Call with some advance to secure a golf cart rental from Lakeside Motorsports. Call ahead to secure boat rental from Xtreme Marina in Eufaula, OK. Seasonally you'll be able to rent kayaks, bicycles, life jackets, lilly pads and beach chairs from The Shacks at Carlton Landing.

Great stay!

Home is spacious and in a great location to everything. Wrap around porch with swing was lovely! This home had everything we needed and more. We loved our stay at Firefly Central!

Great experience

We stayed with two other families and had a great time. The house was spacious and was located close to everything we wanted to do. The kitchen and living area was great for our big group. We enjoyed the front porch facing firefly park in the mornings and evenings. We would definitely book this house again if we have a group this size!

Family Reunion

The kitchen and living area are wonderful for a large gathering. Meal prep was easy and meal time for big group possible. Loved the huge wrap around porch. Note if you have handicapped visitors, there are several stair steps at both front and back doors. Location at the edge of Firefly Park was great for our volleyball games and children at play!

There were 12 of our family and each of them had high marks for Firefly Central. The four kids 6-12 years loved the park right in front of the home. They could run and play and it was 100%safe.The bunk room is the highlight of the home upstairs. The children were amazed and it sleeps 8-10. We had four more for Thanksgiving Day dinner and there was comfortable seating for all.The kitchen is a dream for the chefs in our family with high quality appliances and well supplied with cooking/dining essentials. It was a majority decision to return to this home for Thanksgiving 2026!!!!I do want to report the only negatives I saw. We arrived after dark and the porch lights outside in the back and on screened porch would not come on and it was very dark. The screen door coming onto the porch has been treated badly and will not close correctly, so entering the house was difficult when carrying in luggage, etc. The back door could use a good cleaning. The ovens in kitchen had not been cleaned and had grease in the bottoms. (But, wow what great ovens and countertops) We never were able to get outside lights that hung under eaves to come on to make it pretty. And one last thing the area rugs were dingy and looked like needed cleaning.Those were just areas that I believed you might want to correct. OVERALL the house was a 5 all the way. See you in “26 Firefly Central. The host never contacted me, but we access to the number if needed

Seaside by the Lake

Carlton Landing is "Seaside" by the lake. It has that same charming, beautiful community feel. Our family had a wonderful time. This property was even better in person. Ever since the pandemic we have looked for close, easy places to travel. We had one group from NWA, one group from Dallas, one group from Edmond and one group from Kansas City. The layout of this house was nice for napping children. The kitchen was amazing and really had everything you could possibly need except maybe a traditional coffee pot (and that is just a personal preference.) The beds were very comfortable. The house is located in the middle of the community so you can easily walk to the pools or lake. It also has a wonderful green lawn area in front for running around in or playing. We rented a pontoon boat from Xtreme marina. The granddaughter loved fishing off the local pier. Even the 100 degree weather didn't ruin the experience. We hope to return.

Perfect Friends Getaway

We enjoyed our annual high school girlfriends getaway in Carlton Landing! The beautiful scenery made it a perfect area for us to take walks and enjoy the gorgeous Fall foliage!

Great family time!

We loved the Firefly Central home! There were 12 in our group, ranging in age from 8 to 74. This lake house was perfect for all, with a spacious master bedroom, kitchen and living area on first floor, 3 bedrooms upstairs (including a very inviting kids room). Location was pretty central in Carlton’s Landing, just a short walk to pool or town square. Everything was in working order, air conditioning was very efficient for these 100+ degrees days. We had a great time, and plan to return. My only suggestion would be to add one more comfy chair or love seat to living area, there wasn’t quite enough seating. All in all, a beautiful home.

Family Getaway

This is a great place if you have infants or young kids! The house had 2 pack n plays and a few toys that kept my nephew occupied for hours. The house was larger than we expected and all 12 adults and 2 infants fit comfortably. A lot of places were closed for the holidays but we were still able to enjoy a ton of outdoor activities including volleyball, hiking, fishing and driving around in a rented golf cart. Katy was very helpful throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. My family and I had a very memorable Christmas thanks to her!

Property was nice. There may be a problem with the tile in one of the upstairs bathrooms. We also noticed a ceiling stain by staircase in living room that could be a leak from upstairs or roof.

Beautiful luxury home getaway

Beautiful, spacious home with plenty of room for everyone. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the appliances were top notch. Would gladly stay here again.
